Hi there, I am Lucky Ali, and welcome to the Splinterlands social media challenge's blog of the week. As you know, I upgraded monsters in every social media challenge. Last time, I upgraded 5 monsters, and you can check it by visiting my previous social media challenge post. There are numerous monsters to be upgraded, but we are doing so after considering multiple factors and burning extra cards to purchase new ones. This strategy will filter the deck, and the extra will be utilized. If you have been reading my blogs regularly, you can see that I have been doing so for a long time.

Chaos Knight | Common Life Unit | Upgraded for Level 3

For a very long time, I had been holding these cards, but today I used 30 monsters to upgrade and sold the other cards. After this upgrade, now I have 3 attacks, 3 armors, 4 health, and 3 speed, and this is a 6 mana monster. Also, this monster has a shield ability. This can be good to use in the first position in the battle, and especially in the small mana battle, this is a key player.

Temple Priest | Rare Life Unit | Upgraded for Level 2

The Temple priest is an old monster, too, which you can only use in wild mode. This monster is a 5 mana monster, and after this upgrade, it has 2 magic attacks, 5 health, and 1 speed. There is no special ability is there for me because I have upgraded this monster by just 2 levels. This monster has a dispel ability at a further level. A magic attack monster with small mana is good to have.

Helmet Kharafax | Common Life Unit | Upgraded for Level 4

image.png

Gladius monster is special, and this one has just 2 mana. 1 armor, 4 health, and 3 speed, and an interesting thing it it does not have any attack. Without attack, this card is special because of the defensive strategy because of bloodlust, scavenger, and void abilities. This is a key monster for the small mana battles, so when you get a chance to take it in small mana battles, do not miss.

Hugo Strongsword | Common Life Unit | Upgraded for Level 4

image.png

After combining 30 cards, the monster got a 4th level. Now it has 2 attacks, 3 armors, 7 health, and 3 speed. This card has just 5 mana, so it is suitable for small mana battles. It has bloodlust and shield ability, which makes it a perfect card for the first position. Shield ability protects against ranged and melee attacks. The gladius monster is not available every time in the battle, but it depends on the summoner.

Imperial Knight | Common Life Unit | Upgraded for Level 8

image.png

This is a 7 mana monster with 3 attacks, 7 armors, 9 health, 3 speed, and abilities like void armor and heal. You can see the monster is powerful because I have upgraded it to level 8. This upgrade was most important, and now it is no less than a legendary monster. I have some extra imperial knights too, but I will burn them soon. My life summoner can not summon more than 8th level, so we are ending the chapter of this monster here. This is a powerful monster for the first position, and it can survive and attack longer.

Nimbledook Explorer | Common Life Unit | Upgraded for Level 5

image.png

A soulbound rebellion series monster. I had 87 cards from them. I have used a total of 60 cards to reach level 5. It has two abilities now: protect and armored strike. Earlier, there was only a protect ability. Now it has 2 armor, 5 health, and 2 speed. There is no attack in this monster, but when it comes to defense, the card is nice. A 4 mana monster can be very good in small mana battles.

Conclusion

So I have upgraded Chaos Knight, Temple Priest, Helmet Kharafax, Hugo Strongsword, Imperial Knight, and Nimbledook Explorer from the life team. What is your opinion regarding this upgrade?
