Hello guys, welcome back to the Splinterlands community engagement challenge post. Here, I have one simple formula for you, and instead of trying different strategies, keep this in mind. I am 100% sure that you will win every single battle with the noxious fumes ruleset. So all you have to do is focus on more health, how you can save your cards' health, and how you can recover the lost health. These things should be your main purpose in the battle. You can see I have taken multiple monsters with great abilities that focus on saving health more than attacking the opponent. Noxious fumes poison the battle that kills the health of both players. Along with this, there are two other abilities too, so it is important to focus on them too, but mainly, I have focused on noxious fumes because it is the first priority.

Along with this, I have also taken care to keep your distance and counterspell rules, and that's the reason I have selected cards according to it. Melee attack cards were already disabled due to keep your distance rule. I can't take magic attack cards either, due to counterspell, because it applies the magic-reflect in the battle. But I was forced to use magic attack monsters, so I have used 50% magic attack cards and 50% ranged attack cards, and there is one card without an attack.

Battle Rules

	Keep your distance: Melee attack cards not allowed because of this ability. It is appropriate to use ranged and magic attack monsters.
	Counterspell: Avoid magic attack monsters if possible, but as you can see, there is a keep your distance ruleset, so it is not good to avoid magic attack monsters. Well, magic reflects against the magic attack monster in this rule.
	Noxious Fumes: Battle is poisoned due to this rule. monsters lose their health due to poison in every battle

1.		Using this monster at first because it has a void ability which can protect against the magic reflect to some extent, also the card has more health and attacks
2.		Both scavenger and heal abilities save the health. When any unit is defeated, +1 health is added to this monster, and it restores the health in each round
3.		This card also supports gaining more health by life leech ability, which gains attack when it damages the opponent. So this is a great choice for saving health initiative.
4.		Used this for the martyr ability because when this monster dies, it increases the stats of surrounding cards. Another reason is that I have used this card to catch the opportunity and random attacks from the opponent
5.		This is one of the most important cards in the noxious fumes rule. It saves the first monster against the poison because it has a cleanse ability
6.		This is another most important monster because of its heal ability and more health. It heals the health in each round, also it is a good card for attacking the opponent.

By using the scavenger, heal, cleanse, and void ability monster, I have protected the team against the poison and magic reflect. And you can clearly see this thing here in the battle. There is one more thing, and that is using the monster with more health. Every monster has more health. This is very important to follow because every time using a powerful monster with more attack is not necessary, sometimes you have to play with the saving the cards and defending against the rules.

Round 1 - No loss
Round 2 - I lost prismatic energy and venari marksrat
Opponent lost Iziar
Round 3 - Opponent lost Djinn Renova and Venari Crystalsmith.
I lost a gelatinous cube.
Round 4 - I lost bila the radiant
Opponent lost Janni Rebel
Round 5 - Opponent lost the war pegasus
Round 6 - Opponent lost Luceheim Demon
I WIN

So it takes 6 rounds to defeat the opponent's all cards, and there are two cards left in my team, Luceheim Demon and Cornealus, and this happened due to heal and cleanse abilities.

Saving the health of your card is everything

So what I am saying is that saving your cards is the most important thing in such battles. By protecting your cards' health, you can save your cards. In such battles, attacks are important, but more important is how you can survive longer, and this can only be possible with more health and some specific abilities that I have mentioned above, and you can also see those abilities in the battle, so watch the battle carefully to understand it.
