Conclave Arcana: New Cards, More Abilities & Too Much Fun
First of all, most welcome to my new Splinterlands community engagement challenge post, which is organized weekly. A few days ago, Splinterlands announced conclave arcana, which is the new card set with 82 new cards. This big lot of cards is going to add to the Splinterlands gaming economy. Then why not celebrate this? Thanks to the organizers of the community engagement challenge who selected this topic.
Here, I am going to share all the things mentioned in the community engagement challenge post. There are a total of three topics that I want to discuss here. So, without wasting more time, let's get started.
What are you most excited about with the release of Conclave Arcana?
I am very excited because many new abilities are coming with these cards, and the future battles will give more surprises after these cards will be available there, and that's the main reason for my excitement. tthere are 24 Common cards, 29 Rare cards, 14 Epic cards and 15 Legendary cards. Talking about one more thing which can also trigger the excitement is airdrop cards.
There will be nine cards in the conflict format, and in this, three legendary cards and six legendary summoners, which are also called Legendary Artifacts, a new name of summoners. So, these are the nine airdrop cards.
Any card art, lore teasers, or abilities you're hoping to see?
I know there are many fans of card art and lore teasers, but in my case, I see abilities first because when it comes to gameplay, abilities play a vital role. However, these Splinterlands cards are NFTs, and that's the reason the art of these cards matters a lot because it makes each card unique and that's the reason card art is also important factor.
I can see there are multiple abilities like Painforge, Reckless, Bloodline Tribute, Resurgence, Shapeshift, Final Rest, Reveal, Relentless Strike, and Bloodline Dominion. These abilities are new, and this particular change is a big change for the players and will change the gameplay totally. That's the reason I am excited about these abiltiies
How do you think this set will impact your strategy?
As I said, this is a big change and is going to impact all the players. If you are not upgrade yourself with this change then may be the gameplay can be difficult for you. The good news is you will also receive reward cards with which you can use those abilities for sure. So don't worry you don't need to play with only old abilities if you do not want to buy these cards. For the stronger deck, these cards are going to be very important.
So yes, after these abilities, it will be necessary for me to use these abilities for gameplay, and that's why I am going to change my strategy and going to use both old and new cards as I did when Chaos Legion released, and it works perfectly.
I am very excited about conclave arcana, but are you excited too? Let me know in the comments, and also, share this post on social media. New users join Splinterlands under me. The referral link is below. thanks.
