Hey guys, this is Lucky Ali. As I write this post, over two weeks remain for the full launch of Conclave Arcana. We all know what this new edition will change in the game. We have seen lots of new changes when the old editions were launched, and we have enjoyed those new experiences.

Now it is time to enter the black foil edition era. Splinterlands is going to introduce new foils, and this is why this particular edition is a historic moment. Right now, we have gold foil and regular edition cards, but now we will have three more. What are those three editions? Let's break it down.

Gold Foil Arcane, Black Foil, and Black Foil Arcane

With these editions, there are new animations, card frames and mint numbers and you know, now you will have an advanced filter option, card backs, new, attractive foil icons, and these things you will see in your total collection and also in the market of cards. It seems likethe total atmosphere is going to change with this.

When I talk about black foil cards then they can't be combined, and this is a unique thing in this edition of cards. In the black foils, there are multiple benefits as follows:

• +20% Reward bonus in ranked battles
• Half the cooldown of Gold Foil cards in Survival Mode
• 5x the DEC burn value, Collection Power, and Contribution in Conflicts of Gold Foils
• 5x base Production Point multiplier (same as Beta cards)

Also, Gold Foil Arcane and Black Foil Arcane are different. Similar to black foil, these edition cards can't be able to combined.

Pre-sale has already begun

Just your kind information, presale is already on, and every member is eligible to participate in this presale. This presale is going to end on 11th May, that's the reason you need to hurry but investment is your personal choice so always remember it.

During presale, you can't open the packs and only thing you can do is transfer the packs and if you want then there is hive-engine market where you can sell them easily. One more thing is that the unsold packs will be burned permanently so keep that in your mind.

Participants will have airdrops and in that airdrop, you will recieve promo cards as airdrop and these card are limited eiditon cards that's the reason they are unique. prizes are there for the leaderboard competitors and also chance to win ultra-rare cards.

My strategy ahead for conclave arcana presale

No doubt I am very excited for these new cards, but right now I lack funds, so not planned any presale buying, but yes, I will see and study carefully so that i can choose the best cards for me from this new edition. Actually, i will analyze the battles first with these new cards.

Jumping into presale and buying those unknown cards will not be a great decision for a person like me who has limited funds. Cards should fit with my strategy, and not only this, I also need to check whether it can be good to use with the old cards or not, because I own most old cards, and working with them and I can't suddenly change to completely new ones.
