Approfittando, anche in quest'ultimo giorno festivo, che pone fine ad un più che piacevole ponte che mi ha tenuto lontano, per ben cinque giorni, da quel luogo infame all'interno del quale, purtroppo, lavoro, di una piacevole passeggiata pomeridiana distensiva, che mi ha aiutato a distrarmi un po' dai fin troppi pensieri che affollano la mia mente in questo periodo, eccomi ritornare con questo mio post, dedicato, in questo caso, alla mia operazione di Power Up mensile del mese di novembre.

La giornata di domani, infatti, mi vedrà costretto, mio malgrado, a ritornare all'interno di un'azienda che ormai vedo come il male assoluto, tanto più dopo gli ultimi avvenimenti che hanno reso ancora più insopportabili certe situazioni, che si stanno trascinando, nel tempo, già da fin troppo.

Devo ammettere che la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso, è stata, ovviamente, quella bastardata tiratami dal mio "simpaticissimo" datore di lavoro, che, qualche giorno fa, non mi ha concesso di accompagnare mia figlia presso l'ospedale Gaslini, di Genova, per un controllo relativo alla sua salute, mettendosi di traverso, ed invocando il fatto che io sia già sotto di ferie.

Seppure questa possa essere la realtà dei fatti, bisognerebbe però aggiungere che tutto questo è dovuto al fatto che le stesse sono, in pratica, gestite dalla quasi totalità proprio dall'azienda per la quale lavoro, visto che la stessa chiude per ben due settimane in agosto, ed in precedenza in realtà le stesse erano tre, ed altre due durante il periodo natalizio, facendo sì che non mi sia mai rimasto, fin dagli inizi, un granché a disposizione da poter utilizzare come più mi avesse fatto piacere.

Rivoltomi ad un avvocato del lavoro per comprendere meglio quale sia la situazione, e come muovermi di conseguenza, giusto nella giornata di ieri, purtroppo mi è stato praticamente sbattuto in faccia che quel bastardo del mio capo mi ha praticamente un pugno, visto che può decidere, a suo gradimento, se concedermi ulteriori permessi, ed eventualmente anche di una mia richiesta di aspettativa, negandomeli se lui semplicemente lo volesse, e, di conseguenza, la cosa si sta rivelando veramente pesante da affrontare.

L'unica soluzione percorribile, a questo punto, è la ricerca di un nuovo lavoro che mi possa consentire di andarmene da lì dentro, da portare avanti assieme a quei progetti sui quali sto lavorando da un po' di tempo a questa parte, che, se mi riuscisse di portare ai risultati sperati, potrebbero aiutarmi in maniera consistente a cambiare le carte in tavola, poiché, ormai, non esistono più alternative, se non subire, con la coda tra le gambe, i soprusi dell'idiota di cui sopra, e sinceramente la cosa non mi piace affatto.

Tornando, ora, però, all'argomento principale del mio post, dal quale ho finito, come al solito, per allontanarmi con le mie divagazioni personali, che fin troppo spesso uso anche come sfogo personale, andiamo, piuttosto, a vedere l'operazione di Power Up da me effettuata, e i risultati che sto ottenendo.

Le motivazioni che mi hanno portato a scrivere queste mie poche righe, per questa mia nuova pubblicazione, infatti, riguardano proprio una delle operazioni più importanti che si possa fare qui su Hive, visto che la stessa va ad incrementare le nostre possibilità di crescita all'interno di questa blockchain.

Purtroppo, come già detto in precedenza in altri miei post sull'argomento, inizialmente non avevo copreso l'importanza della stessa, e, di conseguenza, mi ero concentrato solo sul continuare a pubblicare nuovi articoli nella speranza di monetizzarli il più possibile, senza mettere in atto questa importantissima pratica che, al contrario, ora porto avanti con assiduità, vista la sua utilità.

Durante questo anno, infatti, non ho perso una sola occasione per incrementare i miei HP durante questo evento, denominato "Power Up Day" che si ripresenta ciclicamente all'inizio di ogni mese, e che, grazie all'iniziativa di Hivebuzz, regala anche, a chiunque abbia effetuato questa operazione, un simpaticoe badge, che probabilmente da un ulteriore spinta alle persone a metterla in atto.

Tutto questo mi ha portato, già qualche mese fa, ad arrivare al più che piacevole traguardo di arrivare ad essere considerato un "Delfino", all'interno di questo ecosistema, ed ora, ovviamente, sto puntando a raggiungere il traguardo successivo, ovvero quello di "Orca", anche se devo ammettere che non sarà per nulla facile, visto che, stando ai miei calcoli, dovrei arrivare a moltiplicare per dieci i risultati ottenuti fino ad oggi.

Per il momento, comunque, posso già definirmi abbastanza soddisfatto dei miei progressi, visto che, con il Power Up di 185 Hive odierno, ho portato i miei attuali HP ad un valore pari a 7.443, del quale non posso assolutamente lamentarmi, visto che questo mi ha consentito di aver aumentato la mia "importanza" su questa piattaforma, nonchè il peso dei miei upvote, quando li utilizzerò per premiare i post, o i commenti, che troverò interessanti.

C'è da dire, però, che da questo valore, salvo miei errori di valutazione, dovrò togliere un po' di deleghe che, nel tempo, sono andato a mettere in atto nel confronto di alcuni progetti che ho trovato interessanti, e che, di conseguenza, ho deciso di supportare, aiutandoli a crescere, e ricevendone anche, in cambio, qualche piccolo ritorno.

Tra questi potete trovarne ben tre che già seguivo, e dei quali vi ho già parlato, ovvero, nel dettaglio, Terracore (@terracore), gioco che mi vede coinvolto e che ho iniziato ad apprezzare parecchio, e PGM un progetto tutto italiano, creato da @zottone444, ovvero l'ormai piuttosto noto token, di secondo livello, di questa blockchain, che sta diventando, sempre di più, uno dei migliori in circolazione, e Wrestling Organisation Online (@wrestorgonline), anche se, sinceramente, sto credendo un po' meno in quest'ultimo, visto che, allo stato attuale, anche se sembrerebbe che qualcosa si stia muovendo, ancora non ha lanciato una versione beta giocabile che possa consentirmi di testare, realmente, il gioco e la cosa sta iniziando a farmi porre dei dubbi sul futuro dello stesso.

Da qualche giorno, però, ho aggiunto ai suddetti una delega, piuttosto importante, pari a 1000 HP, che ho attivato nei confronti di "Holozing", ovvero un nuovo gioco, in stile Pokémon, che è stato pensato, e sviluppato, da @acidyo, che è, attualmente, in una fase di prelancio, e che ci consente di guadagnare, ed accumulare, dei token "Zing" che, in futuro, saranno fondamentali sullo stesso, effettuando alcune operazioni, tra le quali, per l'appunto, delle deleghe nei confronti del sudetto.

Come ben sapete, ovviamente, se da qualche tempo mi seguite, sono già molti i progetti di questo tipo che sto seguendo da tempo, e che mi vedono tra i giocatori attivi, come ad esempio Sprinterlands, dCrops, Rising Star, ed altri, e, di conseguenza, l'idea di poter partecipare a questa nuova avventura mi ha entusiasmato da subito, ed ho deciso di supportare, immediatamente, questo nuovo arrivato, anche per approfittare, lo ammetto, dei vantaggi dati dal relativo AirDrop di cui sopra.

Oltre a quelli da me elencati, però, sono certo che esistano, anche se al momento non le conosco, anche altre metodologie per poter incrementare, ulteriormente, i miei ritorni giornalieri, visto che ammetto che, nonostante sia ormai quasi un paio d'anni che sono ritornato a frequentare il mondo di Hive, certamente non ne conosco tutti gli aspetti, anche per una certa mancanza di tempo da dedicare a studiare più a fondo il tutto.

Ed è proprio per questo che una delle cose più importanti che vorrei riuscire a fare, prossimamente, è proprio quella di trovare maggiori informazione in merito, magari consultandomi con alcuni membri di questa piattaforma, e soprattutto della comunità tutta italiana di "Olio di Balena", così da poter valutare nuovi "investimenti" da applicare.

Resto dell'idea, infatti, che questa sia una blockchain molto sottovalutata, che offre, al contrario, delle opportunità più che interessanti, e che in futuro potrebbe riservarci delle sorprese, nel caso in cui il numero degli utenti iniziasse a crescere, e diventasse un po' più conosciuta al pubblico.

Come credo abbiate ben capito, parlarei per delle ore di Hive, e di quanto ami, sempre di più, questo mondo, ma, per stasera, vista anche l'ora che s'è fatta, direi che, mi sono dilungato anche fin troppo, e, di conseguenza, visto che il sonno si sta facendo sentire, per il momento direi che non ho altro da dirvi, se non, augurarvi una buona serata, ed invitarvi, sempre che ne abbiate ancora voglia, a leggere i miei prossimi post, e continuare a seguirmi.

Taking advantage, even on this last public holiday, which puts an end to a more than pleasant bridge that has kept me away, for five days, from that infamous place in which, unfortunately, I work, of a pleasant relaxing afternoon walk , which helped me distract myself a bit from the too many thoughts that crowd my mind in this period, here I am back with this post of mine, dedicated, in this case, to my monthly Power Up operation for the month of November.

Tomorrow, in fact, will see me forced, against my will, to return to a company that I now see as absolute evil, even more so after the latest events which have made certain situations even more unbearable, which are dragging on , over time, for too long already.

I have to admit that the straw that broke the camel's back was, obviously, that nonsense thrown at me by my "very nice" employer, who, a few days ago, did not allow me to accompany my daughter to the Gaslini hospital, of Genoa, for a check on his health, getting in the way, and invoking the fact that I am already on holiday.

Although this may be the reality of the facts, it should however be added that all this is due to the fact that they are, in practice, managed almost entirely by the company I work for, given that it closes for a good two weeks in August, and previously there were actually three of the same ones, and two more during the Christmas period, meaning that, right from the start, I never had much left at my disposal to use as I pleased.

I turned to an employment lawyer to better understand what the situation is, and how to proceed accordingly, just yesterday, unfortunately it was practically thrown in my face that my bastard boss practically punched me, since he can decide , at his discretion, whether to grant me further permission, and possibly also my request for leave, denying them to me if he simply wanted it, and, consequently, the matter is proving to be really difficult to deal with.

The only viable solution, at this point, is the search for a new job that can allow me to leave there, to carry forward together with those projects that I have been working on for some time now, which, if I managed to bring about the desired results, they could help me significantly to change the cards on the table, since, now, there are no alternatives left, other than to suffer, with their tail between their legs, the abuses of the idiot mentioned above, and honestly I don't like it at all.

Returning now, however, to the main topic of my post, from which I ended up, as usual, distancing myself with my personal digressions, which all too often I also use as a personal outlet, let's go instead and see the operation of Power Ups I performed, and the results I'm getting.

The reasons that led me to write these few lines of mine, for this new publication of mine, in fact, concern precisely one of the most important operations that can be done here on Hive, given that it increases our possibilities for growth internal of this blockchain.

Unfortunately, as previously mentioned in my other posts on the subject, I initially did not understand its importance, and, consequently, I only concentrated on continuing to publish new articles in the hope of monetizing them as much as possible, without putting This very important practice is underway which, on the contrary, I now carry out assiduously, given its usefulness.

During this year, in fact, I have not missed a single opportunity to increase my HP during this event, called "Power Up Day" which recurs cyclically at the beginning of each month, and which, thanks to the initiative of Hivebuzz, also gives anyone who has carried out this operation a nice badge, which probably gives a further push to people to carry it out.

All this led me, already a few months ago, to reach the more than pleasant goal of being considered a "Dolphin", within this ecosystem, and now, obviously, I am aiming to reach the next goal, that is of "Orca", although I must admit that it won't be easy at all, given that, according to my calculations, I should be able to multiply the results obtained to date by ten.

For the moment, however, I can already define myself as quite satisfied with my progress, given that, with today's Power Up of 185 Hive, I brought my current HP to a value equal to 7,443, which I absolutely cannot complain about, given that this it has allowed me to have increased my "importance" on this platform, as well as the weight of my upvotes, when I will use them to reward the posts, or comments, that I find interesting.

It must be said, however, that from this value, barring my errors of evaluation, I will have to remove some delegations which, over time, I have implemented in the comparison of some projects that I found interesting, and which, consequently, I decided to support, helping them grow, and also receiving, in exchange, some small return.

Among these you can find three that I was already following, and of which I have already spoken to you, that is, in detail, Terracore (@terracore), a game in which I am involved and which I have begun to appreciate a lot, and PGM an all-Italian project, created from @zottone444, i.e. the now rather well-known second level token of this blockchain, which is increasingly becoming one of the best around, and Wrestling Organization Online (@wrestorgonline), although, honestly, I'm believing a little less in the latter, given that, at present, even if it seems that something is moving, it still hasn't launched a playable beta version that could allow me to actually test the game and it's starting to get to me raise doubts about its future.

A few days ago, however, I added to the aforementioned a rather important delegation, equal to 1000 HP, which I activated for "Holozing", a new game, in Pokémon style, which was designed and developed by @acidyo, which is currently in a pre-launch phase, and which allows us to earn and accumulate "Zing" tokens which, in the future, will be fundamental on it, by carrying out some operations, among which, precisely , of the delegations towards the aforementioned.

As you well know, obviously, if you have been following me for some time, there are already many projects of this type that I have been following for some time, and which see me among the active players, such as Sprinterlands, dCrops, Rising Star, and others, and , consequently, the idea of being able to participate in this new adventure immediately excited me, and I decided to immediately support this newcomer, also to take advantage, I admit, of the advantages given by the relevant AirDrop mentioned above.

In addition to those listed by me, however, I am sure that there are, even if I don't know them at the moment, other methodologies to be able to further increase my daily returns, given that I admit that, although it has been almost a couple of years now that I have returned to the world of Hive, I certainly don't know all its aspects, also due to a certain lack of time to dedicate to studying everything in more depth.

And it is precisely for this reason that one of the most important things that I would like to be able to do in the near future is precisely to find more information on the matter, perhaps by consulting with some members of this platform, and above all of the all-Italian "Whale Oil" community, so as to be able to evaluate new "investments" to apply.

I remain of the opinion, in fact, that this is a very undervalued blockchain, which offers, on the contrary, more than interesting opportunities, and which could reserve some surprises for us in the future, in the event that the number of users begins to grow, and becomes a little better known to the public.
