Welcome to the post

Hello to all friends of the beautiful hive and Splinterlands community, I hope you are all having an excellent week, this time I bring you a post corresponding to the weekly challenge that Splinterlands game offers us, for this challenge we have a very interesting card that can be very well used in a battle, let's see how it performs within the playing field, let's start!

About the challenge letter

image.png

The card corresponding to this week's challenge is Tenyii Striker which belongs to the splinter of fire, I could notice that this card has very good statistics, it has 6 life points, 2 points of speed and 2 points of attack leather to body, these statistics are very good its high point of life make Tenyii last long in battle and is difficult to defeat, its speed is acceptable as well as its attack, in addition to this Tenyii has the ability to attack the enemy monster located in the last position, this ability is very powerful and can be very well used in a battle.

As for the design I must say that I liked it a lot, Tenyii is a samurai with a suit that is very striking and bright, has a very powerful sword in his hands ready to annihilate any opponent who crosses his path, I recommend using Tenyii in the last positions to take full advantage, although it is true that has high health points could be a waste if we place it in the first position where it will receive most of the attacks, especially when we face opponents with a high power in attack.

Rules for the battle

image.png

In this opportunity we have 22 mana points to spend, an acceptable number in my opinion, you can make good plays.

The standard rules of the game have no modifications, that is to say, any type of card and splinter is valid.

Analyzing my opponent

image.png

My opponent is using the splinter of death so I know that he has monsters with very good skills and can make good combinations, his summoner takes one point of magic attack and one point of life from my monsters, the truth is that he is a very good summoner, on the other hand I realize that my enemy has very little damage, based on that I can assume that I am facing an opponent that his strong point will be the skills of his monsters and will try to make the most of them in the battle.

Surely my opponent will be patient and not so aggressive, he will wait for the best moment to use the abilities of his monsters and hurt me, based on this I can think of a strategy that will give me the victory.

Battle formation and statistics of my monsters

image.png

Summoner: this time I am using the summoner Drake of Arnak, a powerful dragon which increases the armor of my monsters, this ability comes in handy for this battle because most of my monsters do not have armor points.

First position: in this position we find Living Lava, this powerful monster has the ability to reduce melee and ranged attacks, besides that it has incredible stats, it has 2 points of armor, 6 points of life, 1 point of speed and 3 points of melee attack, it has all the characteristics to be a very powerful tank.

Second position: here we find the monster Radiated Scorcher, it does not have any skill, statistically it has 2 points of life, 2 points of speed and one point of melee attack, placing it in a good position can be well used in battle.

Third position: in this position we find Goblin Fireballer, this goblin does not have any kind of skill, statistically it has 2 health points, one point of speed and one point of ranged attack, just like Radiated this monster must be placed in a good position to be taken advantage of.

Fourth position: here we find the monster Serpentine Spy, this has the ability to attack from any position and targets the enemy monster with less health points, it has one health point, three speed points and 2 melee attack points.

Fifth position: for this last position I have decided to put the challenge card Tenyii Striker, which as I mentioned before has the ability to attack the enemy monster located in the last position, and statistically has 6 health points, 2 speed points and two melee attack points.

My winning strategy

Based on the analysis I made about my opponent, I know that the strongest of my opponent are their skills, so I focused on the skills of their monsters to know what would cause me problems in the battle, my biggest problem will be the monster Riftwing as this monster is more likely to evade attacks and also has the ability to increase its life each time a monster dies, this makes it a difficult opponent to beat so I knew I had to finish first with the other enemy monsters and then finally attack with all the fury to Riftwing.

My strategy is to use the abilities of Serpentine and Tenyii to attack the monsters in the last positions, Riftwing is located in the first positions so this allows me to finish first with the other monsters and leave Riftwing for the end, however I know that my opponent also has abilities to attack monsters in the last positions so I must be very careful.

image.png

Battle execution

The battle begins and as expected my opponent uses an ability of his monster and manages to immediately annihilate my monster in the third position, the battle is very busy in the last positions, his monsters attack my monsters located in the last positions and I perform the same action, an intense battle is created in the last positions of the playing field, the one who manages to win this intense battle will practically win the battle.

Fortunately Serpentine and Tenyii show all their power and manage to win this battle that was formed in the last positions, for round four they manage to annihilate all the enemy monsters leaving only Riftwing as I had planned, this last enemy monster had many life points because he increased it with his ability, my monsters show all their fury and strongly attack Riftwing to defeat him and so I got the victory.

image.png

Did the strategy work?

The strategy worked perfectly, Riftwing increased his life throughout the battle thanks to his ability, but he had not received the most damage from my monsters because they were concentrated on the enemy monsters in the last positions, the battle was decided in that last territory of the battlefield, after finishing with all the enemy monsters Riftwing could not make use of his ability because he almost could not make use of his ability because there were almost no monsters left in the battlefield.

image.png

How did the challenge card influence the battle?

Tenyii Striker was fundamental in the battle, thanks to his high life points he was able to resist the enemy attacks and with his great damage he was able to annihilate them and thus win that battle in the last positions, practically he was the leader in that battle and thanks to his incredible power he could execute the strategy perfectly since if this battle in the last positions was lost it would be very difficult to have won.
