SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGE - RANGE ATACK.

A strong greeting to all the people belonging to this great community of hive, I hope you are very well, today I bring you a very good battle made in the world of the wonderful game Splinterlands, in this battle we are against an opponent that uses few monsters but with incredible statistics, let's see how we do against this type of opponents, let's start!
Battle
In this battle we face an interesting opponent, I think it's the first time I fight against an opponent of this type, he uses few monsters, in this case only three, however the statistics of these three monsters are impressive, they have a lot of attack and many health points, I must stand very well defensively to resist the opponent's blows.
The battle begins and my summoner gives me an additional magic attack point to my monsters, the rival summoner gives the enemy monsters a melee attack point and a health point, the battle begins in a very violent way, my monsters do not waste time and use all their attack against the enemy tank which is very beaten, the enemy kills my monster located in the last position.
By the beginning of the second round I manage to give a last blow to the enemy tank and there were only two enemy monsters left, then two of my monsters launch attacks one after the other and eliminate another enemy monster, there was only one left on the field but my opponent no longer had any chance of winning because the ranged attack of my monsters was very powerful, my powerful monsters give the last blow and finish with the last enemy monster and thus give me the victory.
Standards
For this battle we have 25 mana points to spend, the truth is that it is a good number, enough to create good combinations on the battlefield.
The standard rules of the game are not modified, that is, we can use any type of splinter or card in the battle.
Cards used
Let's look at the skills and stats of my monsters:
General Sloan: for eta battle I am using this powerful summoner, I don't usually use it a lot but this time I use it because it increases one point of ranged attack to my monsters, this suits me a lot in battle since most of my monsters possess ranged attack, this way with this summoner I am much stronger in terms of attack.
Chaos Knight: this monster which has a beautiful armor has the ability to reduce the damage of melee or ranged attacks, statistically has 3 points of armor, 4 points of life, 2 points of speed and two points of melee attack.
Pelacor Arbalest: this powerful monster with large wings and two crossbows has the ability to attack twice every round, statistically it has 2 health points, 2 speed points and two ranged attack points, its incredible ability makes it one of the most powerful monsters in this battle.
Mantoid: this monster belonging to the neutral sliver has the ability to attack the enemy monsters of the second row that have ranged or magic attack, statistically it has 5 health points, 2 speed points and 2 ranged attack points.
Xenith Archer: this powerful archer belongs to the neutral sliver, it has no skill, statistically it has 2 health, 1 speed and 1 ranged attack points, this monster can be very well used in the battlefield if it is placed in a good position, its ranged attack helps a lot to weaken the opponent.
Gargoya Scrapper: this monster is a terrifying gargoyle with big horns and fangs, it does not have any ability, statistically it has 2 health points, 2 speed points and 1 melee attack point, like Xenith this monster must be placed strategically to take full advantage of it.
Strategy
As I mentioned before my opponent has some interesting monsters, he only has three monsters in the battlefield but their stats are very good, they have a lot of life and attack points, the truth is that at first I did not know very well what strategy I could use because I had not faced an opponent like this, who concentrates his powers in a few monsters, despite this I had one thing clear, his monsters would be very aggressive and I had to resist these powerful attacks if I wanted to win the battle.
My strategy was to combine three key factors that would lead me to victory, the increase of attack points at a distance thanks to my summoner, the double attack of Pelacor and the reduction of Chaos' enemy damage, these three factors guaranteed me to have a very good attack to do significant damage to my opponent and would allow Chaos to resist the powerful enemy attacks, this way I could win the battle if everything worked perfectly.
Used chips
In this battle I am using sliver of life, except for two monsters are neutral sliver, the sliver of life in my opinion is one of the most powerful game, has monsters with good stats and skills, usually combine very well as a team, I think their weak point may be the defense, although this splinter has tanks very well defensively, their monsters usually do not have a great defense, it is an acceptable defense but not very good, as for the design I must say that it is a very varied design, but their monsters are characterized by being shiny and light colors, although not all are like that.
On the other hand, my rival was using fire splinter, this splinter is very powerful in terms of attack we refer, their monsters are usually very aggressive, although the weakness of this splinter is that usually their monsters do not have good defense, there are some monsters of this splinter that if you have good defense but not all, as for its design the truth is that it is very good, their monsters are characterized by demonstrating fury and power, the red and yellow color always stands out in this design.
What would you try differently?
The strategy has worked perfectly, however it would be a good option to relocate Gargoya in another position, because an enemy monster has the ability to attack the last position and that is why Gargoya did not last long in the battle, if we change this position maybe we could take better advantage of this monster, Another monster that would be a good option to change its position is Pelacor because its ability is fundamental in the battle, its life points are low and if Chaos were to be defeated it would take its place as a tank but surely would not last long due to its low life points, that is why it is convenient to remove it from the second position.
