She looks like a golden goddess. The beautiful glow on her skin, background and jewelry is in conformity with my recent art style. The steps are as follows:

I started with a sketch as always

Then I began to fill in the base colors

I began to work on the highlights and shadows

I added highlights to the eyes

I added the jewelry

Then I added some more to make it more extravagant

And then some finishing touches
