Great question. I think it's a toss up between Tower Defense, Genesis Soccer League, Woo or PsyberX... I take Tower Defense.

I think it will be Genesis Soccer League. Although I wish it was WOO.

I don't know if it will be the "next" one, but I think #PsyberX is going to be a big one down the road. They're still in the early stages but they've been building a following across chains and the game itself looks like it's going to be pretty sweet. With the LVL token as the underlying token for an entire suite of future games, I think buying some at these really cheap levels is something everyone should consider. Not financial advice, of course. Just something to pay attention to.

Thanks for choosing my question! I have no idea that's why I asked the question but I have my hopes pinned on Ragnarok. A mix between poker and chess has to be impressive.

MuTerra is supposed to go into Beta in December, and I have high hopes for it despite its delays.
The more likely answer is Tower Defense though. With the SPL team behind it, I think it has a great shot at success. !LUV

I am torn between WOO and Tower Defense. Both look rather promising.

I would say WOO. They've got a very dedicated team who conducts very regular AMAs every week. Every single deadline in their whitepaper from last year has been met according to schedule. The buzz around the game is there too, as can be seen in their 3 sellouts (which each being faster than the previous one) for their Alpha sales so far.

I think Genesis Soccer League, comes from the SplinterLands people, so I see it in the top soon.

I have a bit of a vested interest, but probably Genesis League Soccer and/or To Be Named Tower Defense Game. Hopefully WOO and MuTerra do well as well :)

There are two candidates which I think they have the highest potential to challenge splinterlands, PsyberX and GLS, but between these two I will pick PsyberX

Why @psyberx ?

1. they have the biggest amount of money invested there. The animo is high, people seem like every game progresses they announce. They even managed to make a partneship with Myria
2. I do believe that HIVE needs some games which aren't card based (TCG). action based are more preferred. People need more adrenaline pump! 😂

the second candidate that I think might be able to challenge splinterlands is Genesis League Sport. I was very excited about this project however how they performed in the recent months really made me worried. I don't want to be a fudder, so lets hope the next few months they can really make it on time.

One of My favorite game project which I won't put it as candidate to challenge splinterlands is WOO. For me, WOO is like the best Indie game we have here on HIVE, the community maybe is the best too. However the volume (money circulation) is small, and I dont think Wrestling Theme can be accepted as a mainstream game like Splinterlands.

I see many people talk about Tower Defense. I liked this project too and bought some packs, however I lost interest on it. I think the current condition I see is more like people believe Tower Defense is a good one to dump DEC and pump it's price. Everywhere from PEAKD to Discord, that is the sole point I get from reading people opinions. I believe a game should be a good enjoyable first before we talk the money, not vice versa.

I would have to say Genesis League Soccer or Ragnarok. Maybe I am a little skeptical about Psyberx but the bars are a little too high. It's supposed to be better than the existing games made by the biggest game companies.

In my opinion, PsyberX will be the next big NFT game not only on Hive but in the whole crypto ecosystem.

There are already thousands of "simple" NFT games, eg browser-games that can be easily played in a few minutes (like RisingStar, Splinterlands, etc.). PsyberX is a fully-fledged game, way more complex than those.

I think it depends on personal interest. Personally I have managed to accumulate enough cards to earn rental and play battles so I think I will stick to Splinterlands. Hehe!

I love several Hive games: Splinterlands, RisingStar, dCrops. However of the new games that are still either brand new or under the radar, I believe that Genesis League Goals will be a big hit when it is released because of its connections with Splinterlands since it will already have an established player base.

From what I know, because I don't know many games, I'll take Tower Defense too. Because it has a serious number of fans already, and it seems very easy to play.

I don't really follow games, but I'm waiting for Ragnarok because of the airdrop and I've seen CryptoShots, I think it's the first 3D FPS on Hive. Maybe that would get the attention of outsiders since that's what it's supposedly about.
