I haven't tried Golem Overlord but have been playing Terracore for a while now.
Terracore has been quite good to me, got my initial(20 HIVE) back some time ago and it's all profit from now on.
Maybe I'll use those to get into Golem Overlord!
With this type of games, the earlier you are in, the faster you can get your money back. I started too late and had to invest much more than the early ones just to make some return :-)
True. That's the name of the game with these ones but with a pretty small investment, it's still possible to close the gap I think.

You know what, i didnt get into either, and I LOVE idle miners!
There's been too much going on recently, wouldn't have been able to give those 'idle' miners enough time! Hivians take their gaming seriously, I would've been slothed out of resources in no time!
Hopefully I'll catch the next Idle miner to come along (like psyberx serfdom idle in discord!)
Well, I hesitated to join and this cost me much lol. The early ones in are the ones who are at the top of the ranking :-)
That almost sounds like a ponzi, I hope this isn't the case, however, it's the same reason I held off, hard playing catch up to those already there, especially without the time to play all day! I heard there were many bots also making their way in, doesn't seem like a 'fun' game in that sense.

I play both of them and one more Idle game is SERFDOM (although its a discord game using HE token).
I am quite happy with the development of both game, it seems both try to make their own style and signature, not developing on the same way. In general I would say Terracore offers more fast pace and flexibility, however Golem shows they are ready to level up their economic scale into a real business/serious P2E game.
Of course both have tokenomic issue, but I think none of us want to discuss or debate that here. better I skip this part
If Liotes has a guild, I am interested on it and I can send my main account there. However it's a small account, a casual cash grabbing one, not a heavy invested - leaderboard challenger. So you can not expect a lot from me 😂

I seem to have read about Terracore sometime ago but didn't check and my first time to hear about Golem Overlord. I'm not really into games but it would not hurt to explore them both, hopefully soon :)

I have played both games, but am now only active on Terracore ;) I see the NFTs are now live on Terracore which looks a great development.

It got quite pricey to join the game. When I joined, it only cost 30 hive and Zoltan only paid 20 ??? Seems the longer you wait to join the more expensive it gets lol
Thanks @achim03 - having read this and other comments... I'm not quite so bullish on joining as I was yesterday! I will keep my eye on the situation... How likely is it, do you think, that you will go ahead with a guild?
We will wait a bit with the guild thing, to be honest... The game has huge inflation, which can be fixed if they address the problem... I have suggested to Achim that we wait a week or two with the guild creation...
We are not affiliated with them, not know the developers, so don't want to "shill" it too much... Better to wait and see how it develops...

At the moment I am running away from idle projects, I am looking for active nft games that can yield me an accumulation of nfts or something like that, these games nothing can be held except the token itself to sell or burn for improvements and this leaves the market idle.
It seems that with terracore, there are now also NFT's in the game. I don't play it so I can't give you more details about it :-)

I think I have signed up for terracore, but then seeing the hive needed for the citizenship detter men from joining. Since I was a little bit busy working.

Well these games are not free to play. So it's maybe easier to start with something like Risingstar where you can play without investments.

I've joined the Golem Overlord game but I haven't heard much about Terracore, other than what I've read when people compare it to GO. I would definitely be interested in a Liotes Guild spot for GO. I haven't really read much to understand what they do but it would be great to team up with people I'm familiar with so maybe we could reap the benefits.
I'm not interested in spending a ton of money on anything but I'm usually pretty good at keeping up with whats going on.

I’ve been playing Terracore for a while. Got my initial investment back. But haven’t played Golem Overlord, I heard it’s very similar, so I decided to stick to only one.
From what I heard both games have a very similar build up but some different fine tuning mechanismes.

I love idle games, so I got into Terracore. Golem came just after I signuped on Terracore so I didn't wanted to spend more Hive to create an account there, but both games look very similar right now.

Yes joining these games seems to get more and more expensive and it's probably getting more and more difficult to recoup your investment. It's probably already to late to join the fun :-)

I joined both right from the start. Regarding joining a Liotes guild on GO, I don't know. I am in a very good guild right now.
Starting from the start was probably the best to do. It's difficult to keep up with several days delai :-)

I've avoided them because every single time I waited to consider before joining, the price goes up. 🤣 I don't really want to be exit liquidity for all the early birds and end up holding the bag. I'm just going to pass on it.
I started the game too late already. I had to invest about 3 times what others did just to be at their level. I hope I will get my money back but I would probably not suggest to start much later :-)

I only played aliens world on wax which was comparable to this one. The great thing with the one that I joined (GO) is that there is a lot of development around the game and there is new stuff all the time :-)

I'm playing these 2 games, but I confess that I've been paying more attention to Golem Overload, because I found it a much more challenging game and it seems that its creators thought of everything, the game has a lot to do and burn the tokens, which it forces you to think a lot about strategies to improve and evolve well.
I agree, I quite like how GO is built. It is challenging to figure out what to do and which strategy to observe :-)

I've heard about Terracore before, I wanted to sign up but I was disturbed by the fact that you need 20 Hive or even 30 Hive at the beginning (I think) to start playing, it seems logical to me that you start free, and then if you like the game you start playing.
I've heard about the second one now, but what do I know, I'll have to see what it's about (through your link, clearly), but it's true that I've never been in a guild for the game, maybe it will be an interesting experience :)

I don't think that's right. It's greed indeed because new people are attracted by big apr and the game is just extracting as much value as they can from them. In a way both parties are guided by greed lol
Of course, they are all driven by greed. But the way these games are portrayed, the fact is that only the authors and the first ones are rewarded well and that the only aim of the game is to attract as many users as possible. It is a pure pyramid scheme. The Hive should not be a repository for such games.

Hmmm, I checked the game now, but needs even 40Hive to start playing, but if I don't understand the game, then how can I play it, I don't like it very much, it seems like you have to be the first one at the trough and then you get the profits from the stake ... and that's it ...
There is a big disadvantage of starting the game late. I wouldn't start the game now anymore.

I tried serfdom but it was too many chaotic commands going on. Didn't try Golem Overlord, not really my thing. I did sign up for Terracore, simple game that requires very little maintenance. Still trying to earn back my 20 hive I used to sign up!

Estoy reuniendo para entrar Golem Overlord creo que son los mismos creadores de splinterlands para mí los juegos de hive son una fuente para que la red hive crezca. Mi objetivo son probar todos nuevos de hive además son entretenidos por los momentos no juegos ninguno de los dos juegos de este post pero me la paso viendo videos en Youtube y post acerca de estos juegos
The creators of Golem Overlord aren't the same as those of Splinterlands... They have built a 3rd party website with some tools for Splinterlands...
And regarding the game itself... The tokenomics is still too volatile and unstable... It could break the game, but if they fix some stuff, it could go in a good way...
It is a game, and if you decide to play it, don't forget to invest only what you can afford to lose...

I am actively playing TerraCore. I6n just now hearing about the other one.
TerraCore is going much more slow and steady, which could be a good thing... GO had a huge exponential growth, maybe too fast...
We will see how they will develop...
