Total isolation, in search of my companions
We managed to survive the countless attacks of the Ancient One, but everything becomes a greater challenge when he unleashes his pet, the great zombie dragon that appeared to complicate things further. In the midst of all the chaos, I was able to distract them long enough to make them run away and thus sneak into the catacombs of the fortress where we had our base camp. But I must find a way to locate my companions, since I stayed behind to give them some time.
When I finally came face to face with the Ancient One, I noticed he had a strange interest in my left hand. It was the key that closed off the demon world (the Veil) and the human world. I learned that he himself had created this hand and this scar to widen the great rift in the sky. The moment I closed it once and for all, he went straight to confront us and took my arm to gain more power.
The pain was relentless. I could do nothing but endure the intense agony to buy enough time for the others to finish escaping.

The ancient being was utterly displeased with everything I'd done to close the great rift, but the truth finally came to light when he revealed that he himself had created the scar on my hand to seal the rifts. His motive was to dominate the skies and seize total control of the world.
I was completely surrounded, powerless to escape except wait and see what his next moves would be so I could be prepared.

I moved a little closer to where the catapult was located so I could fire it and knock down part of the mountain behind us. So, while I had the opportunity of the slightest lapse in the dragon's attention, I ran towards the catapult and fired it, causing a total distraction of both the dragon and the ancient one, where both flew away while I ran towards the interior of the fortress to use the catacombs and thus find my companions further ahead.

When I entered the great fortress, the floors suddenly crumbled and I fell into the catacombs, where I now needed to catch my breath, but the intense cold wouldn't allow me to, so I had to move forward and leave everything behind. The strangest thing is that I didn't know this place; there was a lot of ice, but I could see some footprints, which means my companions had passed through here.

Upon leaving the catacombs, with my last bit of strength, I walked towards the invisible, as the strong wind prevented me from seeing ahead. I felt very weak, exhausted, and breathless, so as best I could, I walked towards my destination, where I lost my way and found myself completely isolated, not knowing what to do...
