The intentions of the Ancient / Dragon Age Inquisition
Things have gone from bad to worse with the appearance of this new threat. Now, the curse I hold in my hand, which closes the veil's breaches in the world, is beginning to activate even more, bringing with it incessant pain. The Ancient One knows the power I possess very well and has worsened the pain by trying to take it from me by force. Now we must deal with this new threat and relocate our base camp to avoid further attacks and loss of life. And just when we thought the threat was over...
Just when we thought everything was sorted out thanks to the snow in the mountains, a huge zombie dragon appeared. Now things got even more complicated, so we tried at all costs to escape from that dragon and take the survivors to a safe place, which is the stone castle where we held our meetings. So all of us who were there facing the new enemies ran away because our weapons and magic were no match for this dragon.
When we entered the small castle where we hold all our meetings, we found the chancellor, who was badly wounded from enemy attacks. So we devised a strategy: to distract the dragon while the others escaped through a hatch beneath the castle, the location of which only the chancellor knew. He used his last breath to save everyone, even though he disagreed with the entire Inquisition. In the end, he performed a heroic act and saved them all.
The strategy was simple: distract the ancient being and his dragon to give the others time to escape through the castle's underground passages. So that's what we did. All the fighters on my team headed towards the battle, where a powerful sorceress named Fiona appeared. Count Cullen used his rogue skills to inflict maximum damage. In that time, we used the available catapult, which hadn't been destroyed, to move it to a point where it would activate and bring down another ice mountain. This one was meant to attack the ancient being and the dragon to prevent them from destroying us.

Attracting the attention of the dragon and the Ancient One, they approached us and attacked us with their fireball, sending everyone flying. I lay on the ground for a while, but I felt something or someone approaching me. At that moment, I noticed it was the Ancient One approaching through the flames.

As I emerged from the flames, the ancient being spoke words to lure me into his chaotic world, inviting me to join him and together destroy humanity. Gazing at his body, I noticed the red lily crystals covering it. This abomination had once been human, but the combined power of blood magic and the red lily had stripped him of his humanity.
His power far surpassed mine, but it was simply a matter of giving the others time to escape while I faced this creature alone. He wasn't an opponent I needed to defeat immediately, so I would have to buy myself as much time as possible.
