Entering the full power of the demon of envy
Finally, the moment to confront the demon of envy has arrived. Its powers are far greater than I imagined, but with the Templars' aid, the rift separating the chamber of the Red Lily's full power from the demon has been completely shattered, granting me access.
This creature is far more horrendous than I could have imagined. Its human form makes it seem alien, and it's a constant struggle between my mind and the demon to prevent it from possessing my body. And being a mage, the power the demon would acquire would be immense, so I must prevent this creature from possessing me at all costs.
I had previously gone to the office of the Templar Seeker, the leader of all the Templars, where many strange hieroglyphs were scattered throughout the room. I noticed a strange letter pinned to a statue with a dagger embedded in its face.
At that moment, a strange being appeared out of nowhere. It was like a ninja trying to tell me something, but this being initially spoke to me in code. I eventually learned that the Templar leader was acquiring a kind of power to manipulate red lilies as if by magic, which is extremely dangerous.
Right next to this room was a Red Lily deposit, where all the walls were covered in this dangerous mineral, explaining why the entire place was permeated with it. So, for now, we could do nothing but find the Templar lieutenants, since they were the only ones who could break the force field of the demon of envy.
When I arrived at the audience chamber, I encountered many demons and corrupted Templars, but thanks to the help of one of the lieutenants, we prevented the area from being overrun by the demons and corrupted Templars.
After gathering all the Demplarian lieutenants, the time came for them to use their pure power to break the force field of the demon of envy. They had to gather a good amount of power to break it, so one of the lieutenants in charge of this operation began to prepare to activate his power and perform the rituals.
All the Templars were ready to activate their power, but it will take some time while they perform their rituals to acquire it, so our duty is to defend them from the demons that will begin to attack them. Under no circumstances should we allow any of the demons to touch them, otherwise the concentration will be interrupted.
The force field was finally destroyed, along with the demons that appeared through these portals. It was a long battle, but in the end, the work of destroying the evil intentions of the demon of envy was accomplished. It was hard to believe the tremendous number of demons and corrupted Templars present.
Now, in the room where all the power of the red lyre was concentrated, in a fairly large courtyard overlooking the great rift, the area looked absolutely breathtaking, glowing everywhere from the spread of the red lyre. It was there that the voice in my head was strongest.
