I just checked... It's a Chinese meme. The name is a direct quote from Chinese actor Li Yuan (袁立) during an event at 2012, and it is something along the lines of another actor Stchingowa (斯琴高娃) using sheep placenta extract products (which is said to be beneficial for beauty, although there seems to be no proof around that). The hashtag after the quote (#皮都展开) directly translates to something like "even the skin unfolded", meaning wrinkles got smoothed out. Stchingowa and Li Yuan were right next to each other in the event when this quote happened so the amount of awkwardness kind of exploded through the roof... And that naturally became a meme. Of course, it seems that people are not willing to forget it, lol.
And here's the source (sadly it's in Chinese), so you can crosscheck because I'm not sure if I got anything mistaken... I'm a native Chinese speaker but I'm bad at those memes 😅 they are too advanced for me.
I kind of miss Wild Rift, but I have to be honest to myself that PvP isn't my thing. Sometimes I really hope that there's an RPG mode for League of Legends, lol. That would be the best thing for me.
Thank you for taking the time to look this up, and to write it down. It is funny that someone had the thought to use such a thing as a player name. And the fact that the game is accepting it is even funnier.
Actually there is. Ruined King: A League of Legends Story (2021). This is a turn-based RPG, made by Airship Syndicate. And if you like card games, then there is Legends of Runaterra, which is made by Riot Games.

Can't believe that it actually exists... wow. I think I'll have to try it some day even if turn-based isn't really my cup of tea. I have also heard of Legends of Runeterra, and honestly I really am terrible at card games so I never really tried that out LOL. But Ruined King looks really interesting, now to put it in the wishlist and hope that I remember to buy it during sales...
