Commander Slade: Strong Tank Card

I hope you all are doing well and playing amazing Splinterlands game on Hive blockchain. Today we're going to talk about a strong tank card which makes battle one sided if it is placed carefully. The card's design and colors also look great and elegant. This monster card belongs to Rebellion set and the water element. I present you the **Commander Slade**, rare water Unit which is the strongest card in water element and I found that this card's winning ratio is around 70,80% which is quite good in Splinterlands game.

Overall card graphics show a strong, muscular warlord with sword in hand. This card belongs to Materran family which is nearly identical to humans. Materrans' average height is 1.5 to 1.9 meters and average age is nearly around 80 years. Card Statistics
This is a strong water card of 10 mana and perfect for tank position but I prefer to use this card on 2nd position to get max results. This card has 6 shields, 9 health, 5 speed and 4 melee attack. As my card's level is 3 so I get all these stats but if players upgrade this card to max level they get some extra abilities. As this card is rare unit so its max upgrade level is 8. If we upgrade to max we get some useful abilities which make this card unbeatable. At level 1 this card has 5 shield, 8 health, 4 speed and 3 melee attack with Enfeeble & Dodge ability. In Enfeeble ability, each successful attack reduces the one defender's melee attack and in Dodge ability, units with Dodge have an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks. If we upgrade this card to 4 level then we get 6 shield, 9 health, 5 speed and 4 melee attack with Deflect ability. In this ability unit doesn't take damage from Blast, Magic Reflect, Thorns, or Return Fire. So if we upgrade to max 8 level then we get 7 shield, 10 health, 6 speed and 5 melee attack with Backfire ability. In this ability, If enemy's attack is missed then attacker takes 2 damage. ) After looking all at these stats every one should have this card but is not available in GWEN’S GLINT SHOP now. The only way to obtain this card is shop and one unit price is $0.169 and only level 1 cards are on sale. If you feel that price is expensive then you can also check rent market where level 1 card's rent is 2.970 dec.

I tried a battle with this card and luckily my opponent also brought this card. I won this battle because of my clever placing of this card. I always place this card on 2nd place so this card reduces 1 melee attack of my enemy's card on every turn. In this specific battle my Commander Slade card reduce enemy's Commander Slade card's one melee attack on every turn. Splinterlands new Flank ability is usefull to use my Commander Slade card on 2nd position as if this ability is at tank position then the unit in the second position gains Reach ability.

This card is must have and very useful in high mana battles. To get maximum results with this card you must have Flank ability in tank card so you use this card at 2nd position. Also try to use tank healer card at back end so we can get maximum melee attacks of Commander Slade monster card.
