Invennium, Arcade Colony and My Card Collection Optimization: Focus on Modern Format Summoner Cards + Peakmonsters Bids
One of the aspects I like most about Splinterlands is the continuous development to improve what is now no longer a single game but an expanding ecosystem of games: the Splinterverse.
In fact, Splinterlands will be complemented by two new games in the future:
- Soulkeep (Splinterlands Tower Defense).
- Genesis League Goals.
Furthermore, there is another very interesting news announced by Splinterlands three days ago during the weekly event Town Hall (News/Update/Ama):
- the Invennium platform
- the Arcade Colony project.
Invennium is the platform created by Splinterlands to help build projects by people/companies other than Splinterlands who ask Splinterlands for help in creating their web 3.0 project.
Arcade Colony is a project in development and will be a listing platform for multiple games.
There is already a first company that has asked for Splinterlands' help and will use the Invennium platform: Chibi Dinos.
Splinterlands shows once again that it is a step ahead of many other blockchain projects, and I am very happy about that.
I am also very very happy that the last proposal voted by the SPS stakeholders passed with favourable results: Splinterlands will try to implement anti-bot measures in Modern format
Splinterlands will implement anti-bot measures in Modern Format and I who play in Wild Format Ranked Battles will immediately switch to Modern Format when the anti-bot measures are implemented because I prefer playing against real players instead of bots.

In today's post I continue to share my purchase choices/upgrades regarding the cards of Summoner type playable in Modern Format battles.
When I switch to Modern Format I will not be able to use two of the summoners I use a lot in Wild Format:
- Daria Dragonscale - level 6.
- Delwyn Dragonscale - level 9.
I will therefore lose two possible game choices and to compensate for the absence of these two summoners I must necessarily bring at least 5-6 playable summoners in Modern Format at maximum level also because in my collection I have:
- 7 Common cards of maximum level
- 9 Rare cards of maximum level
- 6 Epic cards of maximum level
- 12 Legendary cards of maximum level
My current game goal is to play in the Diamond leagues of the Wild Format permanently during all game seasons.
When I switch to the Modern format my gaming goal will be the same but without top level summoners I won't be able to use many of the top level cards I have in my collection.
In the image below you can see all the summoner cards I have in my card collection that can be used in the Modern Format.
My upgrade plan is to upgrade to maximum level the summoners:
Tarsa: from 7th level to 8th level
Kelya Frendul: 7th level to 8th level
Obsidian: 7th level to 8th level
Thaddius Brood: 5th level to 8th level
Grandmaster Rathe: 3rd level to 4th level
Quix The Devious: 3rd level to 4th level
Byzantine Kitty: 3rd level up to 4th level
Using the useful Bulk Buy feature of Peakmonsters (Buy section) I quickly calculated the cost for each of my upgrade targets.
The total cost of all the upgrades I have shown you is $1897.08 and based on the current value of the DEC tokens I should spend 2342071.60 DEC.
My current problem is that I only have 300636.24 DEC available.
If I want to achieve my upgrade goals I have to:
- increase the amount of DEC by selling cards I don't use in battle
- I have to choose only a part of the upgrade goals to achieve in the short term and I have to postpone the others by adjusting each time according to the amount of DEC tokens I have available.
Obviously I have to postpone the ugrade of Byzantine Kitty from level 3 to level 4.
Byzantine Kitty is my favourite summoner but it is also the summoner that has a very high cost per BCX.
Excluding Bizantine Kitty the total cost of upgrades decreases to $291.59 = 359985.18 DEC.
This is a cost definitely more within my reach.
But I'll try to lower the total cost even further by bidding from Peakmonsters instead of immediately buying the cards I need to upgrade.
For Tarsa I chose to make the best bid on the market ($0.726 for 30 BCX) and exceeded the current High Bid by $0.001.
If I bought 30 BCX of Tarsa today I would have spent a total of $25,151.
If my purchase offers are accepted in the next few days I will spend a total of $21.78 with a savings of $3.37.
For Kelya Frendul I chose to make the best bid on the market ($1,351 for BCX) and exceeded the current High Bid by $0.001.
If I bought 30 BCX of Kelya Frendul today I would have spent a total of $51.97.
If my purchase offers are accepted in the next few days I will spend a total of $40.53 with a savings of $11.44.
For Obsidian I chose not to make the best bid on the market because the current High Bid ($1.05) is higher than the best price for BCX ($0.850) and therefore my bid was $0.850 for BCX.
If I bought 30 BCX from Obsidian today immediately I would have spent a total of $35,150.
In this case it is more difficult for my purchase offers to find a seller immediately but if my purchase offers are accepted in the next few days I will spend a total of $25.50 with a savings of $9.65.
For the upgrade of Grandmaster Rather I only have to buy 4 cards because I have 7 BCX.
I chose to make the best purchase offer on the market ($10,201 per BCX) and exceeded the current High Bid by $0.001.
If I bought 4 BCX of Grandmaster Rather today I would have spent a total of $51,028.
If my purchase offers are accepted in the next few days I will spend a total of $40.80 with a savings of $10.22.
For the upgrade of Quix The Devious I have to buy 5 BCX.
I have chosen to bid the lowest price per BCX on the market because there is only one High Bid ($11,960 per BCX).
If I bought 5 BCX today I would spend a total of $70.
If my purchase offers are accepted in the next few days I will spend a total of $58.20 with a saving of $11.80.
I'll stop here for today because the five BID offers I made have a total cost of 230634 DEC and I have other active BID offers and I don't want to exceed the amount of DEC tokens I have in my wallet.
Over the next few days I will focus on cards to sell.
If I want to continue to increase the battle strength of my card collection I have to make sacrifices.
For example, among my BETA collection there are summoners that I haven't used for a long time such as Lyanna Nature, Zyntar Mortalis and Kiara Lightbringer.
I will try to sell cards that have had a price increase in the last 3 months.
For example, I will put Lyanna Nature up for sale because it had a price increase of +9.4% and I will not sell Zintar Mortalis which had a price decrease of -41.9%.
Purchase offers allow you to save money on the purchase of cards, but only if there are sellers willing to sell their cards at that price.
In addition, purchase offers require a certain amount of time to be accepted and in the event that cards undergo large price increases, purchase offers are unlikely to find a seller.
So purchase offers have advantages and disadvantages but until now they have always been my preferred method of purchase.

Uno degli aspetti che più mi piace di Splinterlands è il continuo sviluppo per migliorare quello che ormai non è più un semplice e unico gioco ma un ecosistema di giochi in espansione: lo Splinterverse.

Ma c'è un'altra novità molto interessante annunciata da Splinterlands tre giorni fa durante l'evento settimanale Town Hall (News/Update/Ama): la piattaforma Invennium e il progetto Arcade Colony.
Invennium è la piattaforma creata da Splinterlands per aiutare la costruzione di progetti di altre persone/aziende diverse da Splinterlands che chiedono aiuto a Splinterlands per creare il loro progetto web 3.0.
Arcade Colony è un progetto in via di sviluppo e sarà una piattaforma di listing per più giochi.
C'è già una prima company che ha chiesto l'aiuto di Splinterlands e utilizzerà la piattaforma Invennium: Chibi Dinos.
Splinterlands mostra ancora una volta di essere un passo avanti rispetto a tanti altri progetti blockchain e io sono molto contento di questo.
Sono anche molto molto contento che l'ultima proposta votata dagli SPS stakeholders sia passata con esito favorevole: Splinterlands will try to implement anti-bot measures in Modern format
Splinterlads implementerà delle misure anti-bot nel Modern Format e io che gioco nelle Ranked Battles del Wild Format passerò immediatamente nel Modern Format quando le misure anti-bot saranno implementate perchè preferisco giocare contro giocatori reali invece che contro bots.

Nel post di oggi continuo a condividere le mie scelte di acquisto/upgrades relative alle carte di tipo Evocatore.
Quando passerò al Modern Format non potrò usare due degli evocatori che uso molto nel Wild Format:
- Daria Dragonscale - livello 6
- Delwyn Dragonscale - livello 9
Perderò quindi due possibili scelte di gioco e per compensare l'assenza di questi due evocatori devo necessariamente portare almeno 5-6 evocatori giocabili nel Modern Format al massimo livello anche perchè nella mia collezione ho:
- 7 carte Comuni di massimo livello
- 9 carte Rare di massimo livello
- 6 carte Epiche di massimo livello
- 12 carte Leggendarie di massimo livello
Il mio obiettivo di gioco attuale è di giocare stabilmente nelle leghe Diamond del Wild Format durante tutte le stagioni di gioco.
Quando passerò nel formato Modern il mio obiettivo di gioco sarà lo stesso ma senza evocatori di massimo livello non potrò usare molte delle carte di massimo livello che ho nella mia collezione.
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutte le carte evocatore che ho nella mia collezione di carte e che possono essere utilizzate nel Modern Format.
Il mio piano di upgrade prevede di portare al massimo livello gli evocatori:
Tarsa: dal 7° livello all' 8° livello
Kelya Frendul: dal 7° livello all' 8° livello
Obsidian: dal 7° livello all' 8° livello
Thaddius Brood: dal 5° livello all' 8° livello
Grandmaster Rathe: dal 3° livello all' 4° livello
Quix The Devious: dal 3° livello all' 4° livello
Byzantine Kitty: dal 3° livello all' 4° livello
Tramite l'utile funzionalità Bulk Buy di Peakmonsters (Buy section) ho calcolato velocemente il costo per ogni mio obiettivo di upgrade.
Il costo totale di tutti gli upgrades che ti ho mostrato è di 1897.08$ e in base al valore attuale dei token DEC dovrei spendere 2342071.60 DEC.
Il mio problema attuale è che ho solo 300636.24 DEC a disposizione.
Se voglio raggiungere i miei obiettivi di upgrade devo:
- aumentare il quantitativo di DEC vendendo carte che non uso in battaglia
- devo scegliere solo una parte degli obiettivi di upgrade da raggiungere nel breve periodo e devo posticipare gli altri regolandomi di volta in volta in base al quantitativo di token DEC che ho a disposizione.
Ovviamente devo posticipare l'ugrade di Byzantine Kitty dal livello 3 al livello 4.
Byzantine Kitty è il mio evocatore preferito ma è anche l'evocatore che ha un costo per BCX molto alto.
Escludendo Bizantine Kitty il costo totale degli upgrades diminuisce a 291.59$ = 359985.18 DEC.
Questo è un costo decisamente più alla mia portata.
Ma cercherò di abbassare ulteriormente il costo totale effettuando offerte di acquisto Bid da Peakmonsters invece di acquistare immediatamente le carte che mi servono per fare gli upgrade.
Per Tarsa ho scelto di fare l'offerta di acquisto migliore sul mercato (0.726$ per 30 BCX) e ho superato l'High Bid attuale di 0.001$.
Se acquistavo oggi 30 BCX di Tarsa avrei speso in totale 25.151$
Se le mie offerte di acquisto verranno accettate nei prossimi giorni spenderò in totale 21.78$ con un risparmio di 3.37$.
Per Kelya Frendul ho scelto di fare l'offerta di acquisto migliore sul mercato (1.351$ per BCX) e ho superato l'High Bid attuale di 0.001$.
Se acquistavo oggi 30 BCX di Kelya Frendul avrei speso in totale 51.97$
Se le mie offerte di acquisto verranno accettate nei prossimi giorni spenderò in totale 40.53$ con un risparmio di 11.44$.
Per Obsidian ho scelto di non fare l'offerta di acquisto migliore sul mercato perchè l'High Bid attuale (1.05$) è superiore al miglior prezzo per BCX (0.850$) e quindi la mia offerta di acquisto è stata di 0.850$ per BCX.
Se acquistavo oggi 30 BCX di Obsidian immediatamente avrei speso in totale 35.150$
In questo caso è più difficile che le mie offerte di acquisto trovino subito un venditore ma se le mie offerte di acquisto verranno accettate nei prossimi giorni spenderò in totale 25.50$ con un risparmio di 9.65$.
Per l'upgrade di Grandmaster Rather devo acquistare solo 4 carte perchè ho 7 BCX.
Ho scelto di fare l'offerta di acquisto migliore sul mercato (10.201$ per BCX) e ho superato l'High Bid attuale di 0.001$.
Se acquistavo oggi 4 BCX di Grandmaster Rather avrei speso in totale 51.028$
Se le mie offerte di acquisto verranno accettate nei prossimi giorni spenderò in totale 40.80$ con un risparmio di 10.22$.
Per l'upgrade di Quix The Devious devo acquistare 5 BCX.
Ho scelto di fare l'offerta di acquisto inserendo il prezzo minore per BCX presente sul mercato perchè c'è solo un'offerta High Bid (11.960$ per BCX).
Se acquistavo oggi 5 BCX avrei speso in totale 70$
Se le mie offerte di acquisto verranno accettate nei prossimi giorni spenderò in totale 58.20$ con un risparmio di 11.80$.
Mi fermo qui per oggi perchè le quattro offerte BID che ho fatto hanno un costo complessivo di 230634 DEC e ho altre offerte BID attive e non voglio superare il quantitativo di token DEC che ho nel mio wallet.
Nei prossimi giorni mi focalizzerò sulle carte da vendere.
Se voglio continuare ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte devo fare dei sacrifici.
Ad esempio tra i miei evocatori della collezione BETA ci sono degli evocatori che non uso da molto tempo come Lyanna Natura, Zyntar Mortalie e Kiara Lightbringer.
Cercherò di vendere le carte che hanno avuto un aumento di prezzo negli ultimi 3 mesi.
Ad esempio metterò in vendita Lyanna Natura perchè ha avuto un aumento di prezzo del +9.4% e non venderò Zintar Mortalis che ha avuto una diminuzione di prezzo del -41.9%
Le offerte di acquisto permettono di risparmiare soldi sull'acquisto delle carte ma solo se ci sono venditori disposti a vendere le loro carte a quel prezzo.
Inoltre le offerte di acquisto richiedono un certo lasso di tempo per essere accettate e nel caso in cui le carte subiscono grandi aumenti di prezzo difficilmente le offerte di acquisto troveranno un venditore.
Quindi le offerte di acquisto hanno vantaggi e svantaggi ma fino ad ora sono state sempre il mio metodo di acquisto preferito.

It depends on the league you choose to play in, but the cards also have other uses.
beta cards I will be able to rent them out or use them in land plots ;)

Io a questa proposta ho votato no perchè i mercati di terze parti tipo Peakmonsters guadagnerebbero meno di quello che guadagnano ora e lo sviluppo di mercati di terze parti secondo me non può che fare bene all'ecosistema ed è giusto che l'incentivo sia quello attuale e non minore
