In today's post I share my end-of-season and early-season operations to show how simple and immediate it is to play on dCrops and to share some of my strategies and considerations about the game.

My end of winter and early spring operativeness

During the winter season I planted 110 NFTs of seed type:

• 29 Peas
• 39 Radish
• 17 Cabbage
• 3 Onion
• 1 Bell Pepper
• 6 Parsley
• 4 Cilantro
• 1 White Rose
• 2 Kidney Beans
• 2 Leek
• 6 Mystery Seeds

At the beginning of the winter season, I took a screenshot of my inventory so that I could check the increase in Shares points obtained during the winter.

Today and after 15 days I have a total of 12141 point Shares so my increase was 2361 Shares (12141-9780).

I could have sold the crops in my inventory to enter the Leaderboards and get CROP tokens as rewards but even in the last winter season and as in the previous four seasons I preferred to accumulate rather than sell.

I made this choice for two reasons:

• when the Cooking feature will be active I want to have a good number of Crops to evaluate the various possibilities of using crops.
• if dCrops organizes another promotion like the XMAs Event promotion in the future I could gain a lot of benefits by selling my crops during the promotion instead of now.

Even in the winter season I completed the quests quite easily and today I made the rewards claim: 12 Chests.

In the following image you can see what I found inside the 12 chests I opened.

I still need to find my first Gold Ore but sooner or later I will find it ;)

The first important thing to do at the beginning of the season and always do before planting seeds is request new quests.

In the following image you can see the quests that I need to complete during the spring season.

Important Note: In order to receive the reward of the Quests, it is necessary to complete all the quests.

There can be three types of quests:

• Sell
• Plant
• Harvest

Quests that require you to sell crops may also require you to sell crops that cannot be planted in the current season.
This is why it is important to keep crops in the inventory and why I try to keep at least 12 crops for each type and rarity of crops.

I received three sales quests.

In my inventory I have:

• 22 Potato (1 star)
• 5 Watermelon (2 stars)
• 0 Napa Cabbage (1 star)

I can complete the first two quests immediately but I cannot complete the third Sell type quest because I have no Napa Cabbage crops in my inventory and I have no NFT Napa Cabbage in my collection of NFTs.

I must necessarily press the Reroll button, spend 10 CROP and request a new quest.

Fortunately I get a quest that I can complete because I have 5 NFT Tulips that I will plant in the current season.

As for the Harvest and Plant type quests, I was lucky because I can complete all the quests during the spring season and without any problems because I have all the necessary seed type NFTs.

After checking the possibility of completing the seasonal quests I can proceed to plant my Seeds type NFTs in the plots of my Land type cards.

This season I decided to use the following boosters:

• 2 Fertile Plus on 2 Awesome Land
• 2 Speed Grow on 2 Awesome Land.

In the following images you can see the seeds I planted in my Lands.

In 5 Average Farmland I decided to use 5 Mystery Seeds.

In last season 1 Mistery Seed had turned into a legendary type NFT but this time I was not lucky because the 5 Mistery Seeds I planted turned into 5 common type NFTs.

I have 23 more Seeds left to plant which I will plant when 23 plots become free.

About 1 month ago I opened 33 Alpha packs in which I found 26 NFTs of type Lands.
Due to the increase in the number of Lands in my possession I do not need to optimize the use of my land plots.
If you have a much larger number of seeds than the number of plots you need to optimize the use of your land plots.

Final Considerations

In this post I have shown the operations I performed at the beginning of the spring season.

Dcrops is a little time consuming game and all the operations I have shown you took me about 10 minutes of time.

From this season I will also start monitoring the value of my card collection, and at the beginning of next season I will be able to see if my collection has lost value or increased in value.

In conclusion, I want to show the graph of CROP tokens and calculate the difference in value over a time interval of 22 days (January 29, 2023 - February 20, 2023).

Important Note:

Dcrops more than a game is an investment and mainly as such should be considered.

Su dCrops è da poco finita la stagione invernale ed è da poche ore che è iniziata la stagione primaverile.

Nel post di oggi condivido la mia operatività di fine stagione e la mia operatività di inizio stagione per mostrare quanto è semplice e immediato giocare su dCrops e per condividere alcune mie strategie e considerazioni sul gioco.

La mia operatività di fine inverno e di inizio primavera

Durante la stagione invernale ho piantato 110 NFTs di tipo seme:

• 29 Peas

All'inizio della stagione invernale ho fatto uno screenshot del mio inventario per poter verificare l'incremento di punti Shares ottenuto durante l'inverno.

Oggi e dopo 15 giorni ho un totale di 12141 punti Shares e quindi il mio incremento è stato di 2361 Shares (12141-9780).

Potevo vendere i crops nel mio inventario per entrare nella Leaderboards e ottenere i token CROP come ricompensa ma anche nell'ultima stagione invernale e come nelle quattro stagioni precedenti ho preferito accumulare piuttosto che vendere.
Ho fatto questa scelta per due motivi:

• quando sarà attiva la funzionalità Cooking voglio avere un buon numero di Crops per valutare le varie possibilità di utilizzo dei crops.
• se dCrops organizzerà in futuro un'altra promozione come la promozione XMAs Event potrei ottenere molti vantaggi vendendo i miei crops durante la promozione invece che ora.

Anche nella stagione invernale ho completato le quests in modo abbastanza facile e oggi ho fatto il claim delle ricompense: 12 Chests.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere quello che ho trovato all'interno dei 12 forzieri che ho aperto.

Ancora devo trovare il mio primo Gold Ore ma prima o poi lo troverò ;)

La prima importante operazione da svolgere ad inizio stagione e da fare sempre prima di piantare i semi è richiedere le nuove quests.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le quests che devo completare durante la stagione primaverile.

Nota Importante: per ricevere la ricompensa delle Quests è necessario completare tutte le quests.

Le quests possono essere di tre tipi:

• Sell
• Plant
• Harvest

Le quests che richiedono di vendere i crops possono richiedere anche di vendere dei crops piantabili in stagioni diverse da quella attualmente in corso.
Per questo motivo è importante conservare dei crops nell'inventario e per questo motivo cerco di conservare almeno 12 crops per ogni tipologia e rarità di crops.

Ho ricevuto tre quests di vendita.

Nel mio inventario ho:

• 22 Potato (1 stella)
• 5 Watermelon (2 stelle)
• 0 Napa Cabbage (1 stella)

Posso completare immediatamente le prime due quests ma non posso completare la terza quest di tipo Sell perchè non ho crops Napa Cabbage nel mio inventario e non ho NFT Napa Cabbage nella mia collezione di NFTs.

Devo necessariamente premere il tasto Reroll, spendere 10 CROP e richiedere una nuova quest.

Fortunatamente ricevo una quest che posso completare perchè ho 5 NFT Tulip che pianterò nella stagione in corso.

Per quanto riguarda le quests di tipo Harvest e di tipo Plant sono stato fortunato perchè posso completare tutte le quests durante la stagione primaverile e senza problemi perchè ho tutti gli NFTs di tipo seme necessari.

Dopo aver controllato la possibilità di completare le quests stagionali posso procedere a piantare i miei NFT di tipo Seeds nei plots delle mie carte di tipo Land.

In questa stagione ho deciso di utilizzare i seguenti boosters:

• 2 Fertile Plus su 2 Awesome Land
• 2 Speed Grow su 2 Awesome Land

Nelle immagini seguenti puoi vedere i semi che ho piantato nelle mie Lands.

In 5 Average Farmland ho deciso di utilizzare 5 Mistery Seeds.

Nella scorsa stagione 1 Mistery Seed si era trasformato in un NFT di tipo leggendario ma questa volta non sono stato fortunato perchè i 5 Mistery Seeds che ho piantato si sono trasformati in 5 NFT di tipo comune.

Mi rimangono altri 23 Seeds da piantare che pianterò quando si libereranno 23 plots.

Circa 1 mese fa ho aperto 33 Alpha packs in cui ho trovato 26 NFT di tipo Land.
Grazie all'aumento del numero di Lands in mio possesso non ho necessità di ottimizzare l'uso dei miei land plots.
Se hai un numero si semi molto maggiore del numero dei plots devi ottimizzare l'uso dei tuoi land plots.

Final Considerations

In questo post ho mostrato le operazioni che ho svolto all'inizio della stagione primaverile.
Dcrops è un gioco che richiede poco tempo e tutte le operazioni che ti ho mostrato mi hanno richiesto circa 10 minuti di tempo.

Da questa stagione inizierò a monitorare anche il valore della mia collezione di carte e all'inizio della prossima stagione potrò verificare se la mia collezione ha perso valore o se ha aumentato il suo valore.

In conclusione voglio mostrare il grafico dei token CROP e calcolare la differenza di valore in un intervallo di tempo di 22 giorni (29 gennaio 2023 - 20 febbraio 2023).

Dcrops più che un gioco è un investimento e principalmente come tale dovrebbe essere trattato.
