IS SPS INFLATING???
Introduction
Hello guys and welcome to my tokenomic analysis of SPS, why is it going down this year? Is inflation part of the price tanking? First, let's see its price the last couple of months:
It's clear that the price has been going downhill along with other cryptocurrencies but is the airdrop rewards part of the problem and is there any hope for us to see to price rising?
Daily distribution and inflation
Lets see how much is SPS is being dropped on a daily basis:
So every single day 1,345,890.411 SPS is being distributed into the blockchain daily which means more than 40 million SPS are rewarded each month to players holding certain assets! Obviously, the airdrop is the biggest distribution factor but:
When airdrop ends SPS distribution would become more scarce so if you would ask me if the price will go up afterwards, that's a big YES. Obviously, there are other things to consider like the spot of the rest crypto market but all things considered, SPS is in the favor of the winners!
Conclusion
With that being said inflation is probably a factor that SPS is seeing these price drops the last couple of months along with the crypto market crashing but after the airdrop period ends the supply chain will stabilize and less SPS will be released into the blockchain driving the price UP. With the future of crypto uncertain, we can only hope for good news on the SPS token!
Thank you guys for reading this article, this is my first one yet so there are definitely places where I can improve, expect more articles in the future. I hope it gave you an insight into the direction SPS is taking.
Awsome article!
The amound of SPS added in the market is stable, while the total amound of SPS is increasing.
So inflation precentage wise might get less and less.
If the amound of players (or other demand for SPS) would increase we might have a increased SPS price regardsless of this inflation. However, i think the player base is not growing at the moment.
