How to rent out your cards and earn passive income through Peakmonsters? [ES-EN]

En el ultimo post hable sobre las distintas maneras que existen de obtener dinero pasivo en “Splinterlands”, la verdad es que una varia de otra, básicamente son distintas, pero, recuerdo comentar que una de las que más me gustaba, era alquilar mis cartas en el mercado y esperar obtener retornos en el token DEC completamente pasivo, por supuesto, no todas las cartas nos pueden traer rentabilidad al momento de rentarlas, pero, te daré algunos “Tips” para que puedas tomar las mejores decisiones de alquiler, mientras recibes tranquilamente tus ganancias en DEC y pones a trabajar tu mazo de cartas si es que no estas haciendo nada con él.
Para realizar este trabajo, estaré utilizando la plataforma de “Peakmonsters” que para mí, es la mejor con diferencia, ademas de las más completa para gestionar tus alquileres de forma muy sencilla, sin mencionar que, anteriormente en su plataforma tenían funciones “Premium” y que no podíamos usar, pero, esta vez si que podremos hacerlo, ya que ahora el “Premium” es gratis para todos de manera indefinida, así que, vamos aprovechar esto para sacar beneficio de “Peakmonsters” y de nuestras cartas en alquiler.
Si quieres saber el paso a paso de cómo usar “Peakmonsters” para alquilar todas tus cartas, necesitas leer este post hasta el final:
Algunas recomendaciones y los “Primeros pasos a seguir” para alquilar tus cartas
Entonces, lo primero que tienes que saber es que, eventualmente, no podrás alquilar todas tus cartas como seguramente quieras, ya que, quizás su valor (Utilidad) de la carta, o en su defecto edición, no sea tan relevantes ahora mismo en el “Metajuego”, por lo que, en ese caso, no podrás obtener dinero pasivo, en tal sentido, y con la intención de que puedan sacar un mejor provecho de sus cartas mas antiguas y por supuesto aprovechar y/u obtener el dinero pasivo por el alquiler, es realizar lo siguiente:
Busca cartas útiles: A esto me refiero a que la idea para ganar ingresos pasivos semanalmente con nuestros alquileres es rentar cartas bastante útiles en el campo de batalla, me refiero a “Arcontes, cartas legendarias, épicas, raras, o cualquier unidad que conozcas que sea muy fuerte y este en el META, ya que estas serán las mas demandadas y por lo tanto su precio en DEC será más alto.
Trata de iniciarlos apenas comience la temporada: La idea para obtener la mayor cantidad de ingresos pasivos posibles con los alquileres de nuestras cartas, es publicarlos apenas inicie la temporada, ya que, desde hace ya tiempo, las rentas son por temporada y no diarios, por lo que, mientras mas aprovechemos al inicio, más ingresos podríamos recibir.
Con esto claro, deberías de maximizar las ganancias pasivas de los alquileres, pero, ahora vamos con lo mas importante que es el paso a paso para hacerlo en “Peakmonsters”.
Paso a paso para alquilar tus cartas
Lo primero es iniciar sesión en “Peakmonsters” con Keychain, es muy sencillo, basta con que instales la extensión, des clic en “Keychain” luego de colocar tu nombre de usuario, firmes las transacción y listo. Por supuesto, antes de esto necesitas colocar tus llaves privadas en “Keychain”.
Lo siguiente que debes hacer es dirigirte a “My cards” luego ir a la parte derecha de la pantalla y aplicar estos filtros:
- Delegated: No
- Owned: Yes
- Locked: No
Por otro lado, debes de conocer que parte de tu mazo de cartas esta en Stake en las tierras, por ejemplo, en los vagones de mago, algunas que estes vendiendo etc. Si tienes cartas en estos modos de juego. Necesitas aplicar los filtros que se muestran en la imagen en el primer rectángulo. Algo que olvide resaltar en la imagen, es que también marques “Not Used” en 7 días, la idea de esta es que tengas disponible la mayor cantidad de cartas para alquilar.
Luego de eso, debes hacer clic en “Rent” dándole al carrito en la parte superior derecha para configurar las opciones con el objetivo de que puedas alquilar las cartas que puedas, sin embargo, hay 3 opciones que quiero resaltar, las cuales te ayudaran a configurar los mejores precios para alquiler sin la necesidad de que vayas manualmente hacerlo, de hecho, es por eso que me encanta “Peakmonsters”, ya que lo gestiona por ti con tan solo unos pocos clicks.
Estas opciones las verán en la siguiente imagen y lo explicare de forma muy sencilla para que puedas configurarlo sin problema:
Opciones para configurar las rentas automáticas
Conservative: Significa que el sistema de “Peakmonsters” colocara precios conservadores para las cartas que se puedan alquilar, básicamente no serán tampoco muy caros, pero no tendrán los precios mas altos, por lo que, puede que todas se alquilen porque los precios serán económicos, pero disminuirás tus ganancias.
Standard: Significa que el sistema te colocara los precios de mercado actuales, básicamente el equilibrio perfecto, si muy baratas, ni muy caras, de hecho, esta seria la mejor opción para mí, ya que me aseguro de alquilar mis cartas a un buen precio, obteniendo mayores ingresos en DEC.
Aggressive: Significa que seleccionara los precios por encima de los del mercado actual, por lo que, alquilar estas cartas podría ser bastante complicado, aunque no es que no lo uses, la idea es probar las 3 opciones y evaluar en cual te va mejor, pero sin duda para mi la opción de mayor equilibrio, sería la mejor.
Como puedes ver en la imagen, yo he seleccionado “Standard” que para mi es la opción de mayor equilibrio entre los precios de mercado y algunos mas económicos, sin embargo, hay cartas que, hagas lo que hagas no lograras alquilar, ya que el sistema detecta que estas cartas inclusive si se colocara el precio mínimo, nadie lo haría. En estos casos, debemos hacer clic en “344 Ivalid Prices”, esto removerá las cartas que definitivamente no se alquilaran, y dejara aquellas que si tienen mayores probabilidades de ser rentadas.
En la imagen siguiente observaran la cantidad de DEC que podría obtener si es que alquilo todas estas cartas:
Nota: Con esto claro, las probabilidades de alquilar estas cartas son muy bajas, la razón es porque son de ediciones antiguas, realmente ya no forman parte del “Meta”, por lo que la idea es que sigan mis indicaciones arriba, y enfocarse en las cartas que estén dentro del “Meta”, en este caso, las mejores cartas para rentar estarían en las ediciones de “Rebellion y Conclave Arcana”.
Consideraciones finales
Espero que hayan entendido como usar la plataforma de “Peakmonsters” para configurar todo para alquilar tus cartas, es muy sencillo, rápido e intuitivo, sin embargo y lo reitero, si quieres obtener ganancias, debes tomar en cuenta las mejores cartas que se estén usando actualmente en el “Formato Moderno”.

To do this work, I will be using the "Peakmonsters" platform, which, in my opinion, is by far the best and most comprehensive platform for managing your rentals in a very simple way. Not to mention that previously, their platform had "Premium" features that we couldn't use, but this time we will be able to, since now "Premium" is free for everyone indefinitely. So, let's take advantage of this to benefit from Peakmonsters and our rental cards.

Some recommendations and "First steps to take" for renting your cards
So, the first thing you need to know is that, eventually, you won't be able to rent out all your cards as you would like to, since the value (utility) of the card, or its edition, may not be as relevant right now in the "metagame." In that case, you won't be able to earn passive income, so and with the intention of getting more out of your older cards and, of course, taking advantage of and/or obtaining passive income from renting them, you should do the following:
Search for useful cards: What I mean by this is that the idea to earn passive income weekly from our rentals is to rent cards that are quite useful on the battlefield, such as "Archons, legendary cards, epic cards, rare cards, or any unit you know that is very strong and is in the META, as these will be the most in demand and therefore their price in DEC will be higher.
Try to start them as soon as the season begins: The idea to obtain as much passive income as possible from renting out our letters is to publish them as soon as the season begins, since, for some time now, rentals have been seasonal rather than daily. Therefore, the more we take advantage of the beginning of the season, the more income we could receive.
With this in mind, you should maximize passive rental income, but now let's move on to the most important part, which is the step-by-step guide to doing so in "Peakmonsters."
Step by step guide to renting your cards
The first thing to do is log in to "Peakmonsters" with Keychain. It's very simple: just install the extension, click on "Keychain" after entering your username, sign the transaction, and you're done. Of course, before doing this, you need to place your private keys in "Keychain."
The next thing you need to do is go to "My cards," then go to the right side of the screen and apply these filters:
- Delegated: No
- Owned: Yes
- Locked: No
On the other hand, you should know which part of your deck is staked in the lands, for example, in the wizard's wagons, some that you are selling, etc. If you have cards in these game modes. You need to apply the filters shown in the image in the first rectangle. Something I forgot to highlight in the image is that you should also check "Not Used" in 7 days. The idea behind this is to have as many cards available for rent as possible.
After that, you must click on "Rent" by clicking on the cart in the upper right corner to configure the options so that you can rent as many cards as possible. However, there are three options I want to highlight, which will help you set the best rental prices without having to do it manually. In fact, that's why I love "Peakmonsters," because it manages it for you with just a few clicks.
You will see these options in the following image, and I will explain them in a very simple way so that you can configure them without any problems:
Options for configuring automatic rentals
Conservative: This means that the Peakmonsters system will set conservative prices for cards that can be rented. Basically, they won't be very expensive, but they won't have the highest prices either. So, they may all be rented because the prices will be affordable, but your profits will decrease.
Standard: This means that the system will set the current market prices for you, basically the perfect balance, neither too cheap nor too expensive. In fact, this would be the best option for me, as I can be sure of renting my cards at a good price, obtaining higher income in DEC.
Aggressive: This means that you will select prices above the current market rates, so renting these cards could be quite complicated. However, it's not that you can't use them. The idea is to try the three options and evaluate which one works best for you, but for me, the option that offers the best balance would undoubtedly be the best one.
As you can see in the image, I have selected "Standard," which for me is the option that offers the best balance between market prices and some cheaper ones. However, there are cards that, no matter what you do, you will not be able to rent, as the system detects that even if you set the minimum price, no one would rent them. In these cases, we must click on "344 Invalid Prices." This will remove the cards that definitely won't be rented and leave those that are more likely to be rented.
In the following image, you can see the amount of DEC you could earn if you rent all of these cards:
Note: With this in mind, the chances of renting these cards are very low, because they are from older editions and are no longer part of the "Meta." So, the idea is to follow my instructions above and focus on cards that are within the "Meta." In this case, the best cards to rent would be from the "Rebellion and Conclave Arcana" editions.
Final thoughts
I hope you have understood how to use the Peakmonsters platform to set everything up to rent your cards. It is very simple, fast, and intuitive. However, I reiterate that if you want to make a profit, you must take into account the best cards currently being used in the Modern Format.
