¿How much do Splinterlands players earn in "Tournaments"? (Bronze League) [ES-EN]

En un post que escribí hace unos 5 días, hable sobre las ganancias que tenían los jugadores en “Splinterlands” en los diferentes niveles existentes en el juego, cuando hablo de niveles me refiero a las ligas que conforman las famosas “Batallas Clasificatorias”, comenzando por el más alto que es “Campeón, Diamante y Oro”, no pude abarcar la liga “Plata” ni mucho menos “Bronce” porque no conseguí ningún jugador consistente que se quede en estas ligas a jugar, ya que por lo general, los jugadores buscan quedarse en las 3 ligas antes mencionadas, por lo tanto, solo abarque los ingresos que percibían ciertos jugadores que observe que era bastante constantes y decidí hacer los cálculos.
Pero, centrándome en el tema de hoy, en esta oportunidad compartiré las ganancias que obtienen los jugadores en uno de los modos de juego más competitivos de todo “Splinterlands”, me refiero a los “Torneos” de la “Liga de Bronce”, por supuesto, y como siempre digo, estos son cálculos aproximados y puede que comenta algunos errores en el camino, pero, si es así, por favor háganmelo saber, ya que, lo anotare para volver a realizar los cálculos correctos, de hecho tengo pendiente realizar los cálculos de las ganancias en todas las ligas del post que ya mencione, gracias a que el amigo @seatlea me hizo ver algunos detalles que me salte.
Pero, si quieres saber cuánto se pueden ganar en los “Torneos de Bronce”, quédate hasta el final de este post, y si eres un jugador nuevo que quieres sumergirte en ellos, esta información también te interesa, ya que se puede realmente ganar mucho, pero, no es fácil, pero ya esto son otros detalles, mientras tanto y sin más dilaciones, vamos con el post.
¿Qué datos se necesitan para estimar las ganancias en un “Torneo” y que se necesita?
Para participar en “Torneos” se requiere de tener ciertas cosas, no puedes ir participar y ya, tiene que existir una inversión antes, tanto en tu colección de cartas que te dará “Poder de Colección (CP)” que es lo más importante en este caso y lo que te hará ganar batallas, como en el SPS, ademas de tener liquidez para pagar la tarifa de entrada, que en su mayoría, inclusive los mejores torneos pagados es un monto ínfimo muy económico, por lo que, para que lo tengan claro antes de hablar de los datos que se necesitan, para participar en un torneo necesitas.
Aumentar tu colección: Mientras mas cartas tengas de las diferentes ediciones de ambos formatos, sea “Moderno o Salvaje”, más torneos podrás abarcar y/o jugar, ademas, las recompensas y su aumento esta ligado a la frecuencia con que un jugador juegue estos “Torneos”. Pero, esto requiere una inversión y puede que sean cientos o miles dólares para poder competir al nivel más alto, aunque, tengo la solución a esto si es que tienes poco capital. Sigue leyendo.
Compra o alquila SPS: Uno de los requisitos mas importantes para entrar en diferentes “Torneos” es la cantidad de $SPS que tengas en “Staking”, mientras mas $SPS poseas mayores serán los niveles de los torneos que juegues y por lo tanto las recompensas serán mucho mayores.
Pagar las Tarifas de entrada: Esto es realmente bajo, pero, es importante para estimar las ganancias “Netas”, ya que puede que pagues una gran cantidad de tarifas porque entras a muchos torneos, pero no ganas o ganas muy poco, en este caso estarías en perdidas, pero, hay otros factores.
Nota: Si es que no tienes liquidez para aumentar tu colección, la alternativa más económica es alquilar uno o varios SETS de cartas cada 15 días, y jugar todos los torneos que puedas para que recuperes el gasto de este alquiler y aun así puedas quedar en ganancias. Así que, no debes tener cientos o miles de dólares para jugar y ganar, pero, debes planificarte y lo mas importante, practicar antes de lanzarte contra los mejores del juego.
¿Qué datos se necesitan para el cálculo?
Esto tampoco es muy complicado, la realidad es que necesitamos muy poco para calcular las ganancias de un jugador, sin embargo, estos cálculos, o la mayoría de ellos serán “Hipotéticos”, porque es complicado saber que tan seguido juega un jugador los “Torneos”, así que, sabiendo esto, veamos que es lo que se necesita:
Las ganancias en SPS de un jugador: Este es el dato principal, y tomare en consideración varias posiciones aleatorias de jugadores que ganen en diferentes “Tiers”.
Frecuencia de juego en “Torneos”: Este es un numero que no podremos saber fácilmente, así que tendrá que ser inventado por así decirlo, pero me acercare a la realidad lo más posible, de es amanera podremos estimar las ganancias de un jugador que se dedique lo mas que pueda a jugar torneos.
Con estos datos es suficiente para realizar nuestros cálculos, así que, en la siguiente sección, esto es lo que veremos.
¿Cálculos para estimar las ganancias de un jugador que se dedique a jugar “Torneos”?
Ok, como dije antes solo necesitamos 2 datos para calcular cuánto podría ganar un usuario en los “Torneos”, pero, el desafío es encontrar a los jugadores correctos, pero, como lo que quiero hacer son cálculos aproximados, no me complicare, así que, lo que sigue en este punto es elegir las ligas en las que haremos los cálculos y los jugadores correspondientes.
Torneos “Liga de Bronce”
Elegí este torneo de la liga bronce, con un pote de recompensas de $73 en SPS, con una pequeña tarifa de entrada de solo 100 DEC, así que, vamos a ver la tabla de los ganadores para elegir al usuario:
Como el primer jugador tuve un desempeño de 19 ganadas y 3 perdidas, tomare como ejemplo a el que quedo de primero, y como pueden ver obtuvo una recompensa de 364.600 SPS. Ahora bien, vamos a suponer que este jugador juega este tipo de torneos en específico, en esta misma liga 2 veces por semana, ya que es el 2do torneo mejor pagado en “Bronce” es con cartas de “Lamina Dorada”, así que, con esto claro, suponiendo que, es un jugador constante, en cada torneo recibí lo siguiente:
1er torneo de la semana: 364.600
2do torneo de la semana: 303.850 (Suponiendo que quedo entre el 3er y 4to lugar)
Si esto lo amplificamos a las 4 semanas que trae el mes, tenemos que el jugador juega unos 8 torneos de bronce al mes con un pote de recompensas fijo de $73 por torneo, teniendo como resultado lo siguiente:
1er torneo: Gana 4 veces el 1er lugar de los 8, teniendo una ganancia de 364.600 x 4= 1458.4 SPS
2do torneo: Gana 4 veces del 3 al 5to lugar de los 8 en total, teniendo una ganancia de 303.850 x 4= 1215.4 SPS
Total SPS ganado al mes: 1458.4 SPS + 1215.4 SPS = 2673.8 SPS
Con esto claro y solo jugando este torneo, el jugador obtiene una ganancia al mes en los “Torneos de Bronce” de 2673.8 SPS, que, al convertirlos en dólares, tomando en cuenta que justo al momento de escribir este post el SPS tiene un precio de $0.0083, quiere decir que, mensualmente SOLO por jugar torneos de “Bronce” gana unos $22.19.
Esto sin mencionar que, en cada liga, hay torneos con un pote de ganancias fijo jugando con todas las cartas de un mismo formato, sea “Moderno o Salvaje”, que es básicamente lo más sencillo, por lo que, teniendo un mazo de “Bronce”, haber practicado bastante para ser buen jugador, las ganancias que se pueden obtener no son nada bajas, ya que se trata solo de constancia y de no perderte ningún torneo.
Consideraciones finales
Quería abarcar en un solo post todos los cálculos de todas las ligas, pero el post se haría increíblemente largo, así que, esto lo hare por partes y al final, hare un post donde recopile las potenciales ganancias de un jugador que solo se dedique a jugar torneos, siendo por supuesto un buen jugador, porque, para ganar, debes tener un conocimiento profundo del juego, ser constante, porque si no las recompensas serán bastante variables.
Pero, todo es práctica, de hecho, viendo esto, estoy pensando en dedicarme a torneos, aunque, mi tiempo paso en el competitivo, ¿nunca es tarde para regresar o sí? ¿Qué tal, sabias las potenciales ganancias que puedes obtener en los torneos? In a post I wrote about five days ago, I talked about the earnings that players had in Splinterlands at the different levels in the game. When I talk about levels, I am referring to the leagues that make up the famous "Ranked Battles," starting with the highest, which is "Champion, Diamond, and Gold." Diamond, and Gold." I couldn't cover the "Silver" league, let alone "Bronze," because I couldn't find any consistent players who stay in these leagues to play, since players generally seek to remain in the three leagues mentioned above. Therefore, I only covered the earnings of certain players that I observed to be fairly consistent and decided to do the calculations.
But, focusing on today's topic, this time I will share the earnings that players obtain in one of the most competitive game modes in all of Splinterlands, namely the Bronze League Tournaments. Of course, as I always say, these are approximate calculations and there may be some errors along the way, But if that's the case, please let me know, as I'll make a note of it and redo the calculations correctly. In fact, I still need to calculate the winnings in all the leagues I mentioned in the post, thanks to my friend @seatlea who pointed out some details I had overlooked.
But if you want to know how much you can win in "Bronze Tournaments," stick around until the end of this post. And if you're a new player who wants to dive into them, this information is also of interest to you, since you can really win a lot, but it's not easy. But that's another story. In the meantime, without further ado, let's get on with the post.
What data is needed to estimate earnings in a "Tournament" and what is required?
To participate in "Tournaments," you need to have certain things. You can't just go and participate; you have to invest beforehand, both in your card collection, which will give you "Collection Power (CP)," which is the most important thing in this case and what will make you win battles, as in the SPS, in addition to having the liquidity to pay the entry fee, which in most cases, even for the best paid tournaments, is a very small amount. So, to be clear before we talk about the information you need, to participate in a tournament you need:
Expand your collection: The more cards you have from the different editions of both formats, whether "Modern or Wild," the more tournaments you can enter and/or play. In addition, the rewards and their increase are linked to how often a player plays these "Tournaments." However, this requires an investment, and it can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to compete at the highest level. But I have the solution to this if you have limited capital. Keep reading.
Buy or rent SPS: One of the most important requirements for entering different "Tournaments" is the amount of $SPS you have in "Staking." The more $SPS you have, the higher the levels of the tournaments you can play in, and therefore the rewards will be much greater.
Pay the entrance fees: This is really low, but it is important for estimating "net" profits, since you may pay a lot in fees because you enter many tournaments, but you don't win or you win very little. In this case, you would be at a loss, but there are other factors to consider.
Note: If you don't have the cash to expand your collection, the most economical alternative is to rent one or more sets of cards every 15 days and play as many tournaments as you can to recoup the cost of the rental and still make a profit. So, you don't need to have hundreds or thousands of dollars to play and win, but you do need to plan ahead and, most importantly, practice before taking on the best players in the game.
What data is needed for the calculation?
This isn't very complicated either. The reality is that we need very little to calculate a player's winnings. However, these calculations, or most of them, will be "hypothetical" because it's difficult to know how often a player plays in "tournaments." So, knowing this, let's see what we need:
A player's SPS earnings: This is the main data, and I will take into consideration several random positions of players who win in different tiers.
Frequency of play in "Tournaments": This is a number that we cannot easily know, so it will have to be invented, so to speak, but I will get as close to reality as possible, so that we can estimate the earnings of a player who dedicates as much time as possible to playing tournaments.
This data is sufficient for our calculations, so in the next section, this is what we will look at.
Calculations to estimate the earnings of a player who participates in "Tournaments"?
Okay, as I said before, we only need two pieces of information to calculate how much a user could earn in the "Tournaments," but the challenge is finding the right players. However, since I want to make approximate calculations, I won't complicate things, so the next step is to choose the leagues in which we will make the calculations and the corresponding players.
Bronze League Tournaments
I chose this bronze league tournament, with a prize pool of $73 in SPS, with a small entry fee of only 100 DEC, so let's look at the winners table to choose the user:
As the first player, I had a record of 19 wins and 3 losses. I will take the player who came in first as an example, and as you can see, he earned a reward of 364,600 SPS. Now, let's assume that this player plays this specific type of tournament in this same league twice a week, since it is the second highest paying tournament in "Bronze" with "Golden Foil" cards. With that in mind, assuming that he is a consistent player, I received the following in each tournament:
First tournament of the week: 364.600
Second tournament of the week: 303.850 (Assuming I finish between 3rd and 4th place)
If we extend this to the four weeks in a month, we see that the player plays about eight bronze tournaments per month with a fixed prize pool of $73 per tournament, resulting in the following:
1er Tournamen: Win 1st place 4 times out of 8, earning a profit of 364,600 x 4 = 1,458,400 SPS.
2nd tournament: Wins 4 times from 3rd to 5th place out of a total of 8, with a profit of 303,850 x 4 = 1,215.4 SPS.
Total SPS earned per month: 1458.4 SPS + 1215.4 SPS = 2673.8 SPS
With this in mind, and just by playing this tournament, the player earns a monthly profit of 2,673.8 SPS in the "Bronze Tournaments," which, when converted to dollars, taking into account that at the time of writing this post, the SPS is priced at $0.0083, means that, monthly, JUST for playing "Bronze" tournaments, they earn about $22.19.
Not to mention that, in each league, there are tournaments with a fixed prize pool playing with all cards of the same format, whether "Modern or Wild," which is basically the simplest, so, having a "Bronze" deck and having practiced enough to be a good player, the winnings you can get are not low at all, since it's just a matter of consistency and not missing any tournaments.
Final thoughts
I wanted to cover all the calculations for all the leagues in a single post, but the post would have been incredibly long, so I'll do it in parts and at the end, I'll make a post where I compile the potential earnings of a player who only plays tournaments, being a good player, of course, because to win, you must have a deep knowledge of the game and be consistent, because otherwise the rewards will be quite variable.
But it's all about practice. In fact, seeing this, I'm thinking about dedicating myself to tournaments, even though I spend my time in competitive play. It's never too late to come back, right?
