Splinterlands Battle | Shadow Snitch.
Welcome to my blog where I'll share my winning battle with Shadow Snitch.
Background Source & then edited with PixelLab.
Shadow Snitch (COMMON Death Monster).

Shadow Snitches are created by the conjurers of the Chaos Legion. Weaving Death magic, they breathe life into beings made completely of darkness. The purpose of the Shadow Snitches is to be deployed into lands prior to the Chaos Legion's invasion. Moving from shadow to shadow, they are listeners and watchers, feeding information back to the Chaos Legion.... Lore.
A Brief Info About The Battle
The battle mana cap was 21 with the "Standard" ruleset where I've used the death splinter and my opponent used the life splinter against me.
My Lineup.
After selecting Thaddius Brood as the summoner, I had Cursed Windeku with 2 melee attacks & the "Thorns" ability at the 1st position, Shadow Snitch with a melee attack & the "Reach" ability at the 2nd position, Silent Sha-Vi with 2 melee attacks & the "Sneak" ability at the 3rd position, Undead Badger with a melee attack & the "Sneak" ability at the 4th position & Furious Chicken at the last position.
And my opponent had his/her cards as Shieldbearer with 2 melee attacks & the "Taunt" ability at the 1st position, Truthspeaker with the "Protect" ability at the 2nd position, Cave Slug with 2 melee attacks & the "Opportunity" ability at the 3rd position & Herbalist with a ranged attack at the last position.
Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.
No 01: Cursed Windeku (Rare Death Monster)

Cursed Windeku are nightmarish creatures that live in the deepest and darkest woods. They hunt at night, stalking their prey before attacking with their claws, while their thorn-like horns and natural healing ability provide an excellent defense,. They exude a pungent pheromone that reduces the reaction time of their victims, often allowing the Windeku to begin devouring them before they are dead. While these lifeless creatures may appear animalistic, they are highly intelligent. They have heeded the call put forth by the Lord of Darkness. Their thirst for blood is now focused on the Chaos Legion... More.
I've used Cursed Windeku in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 3 speed, 9 health with "Thorns" ability and it needs 6 mana.

No 02: Shadow Snitch (COMMON Death Monster)

Shadow Snitches are created by the conjurers of the Chaos Legion. Weaving Death magic, they breathe life into beings made completely of darkness. The purpose of the Shadow Snitches is to be deployed into lands prior to the Chaos Legion's invasion. Moving from shadow to shadow, they are listeners and watchers, feeding information back to the Chaos Legion..... Lore.
I used Shadow Snitch in level 1 with 1 melee attack, 1 speed, 5 health with the "Reach" ability and it needs 4 mana to play.

No 03: Silent Sha-Vi (COMMON Death Monster)

Silent Sha-vi are entities from the shadow realm that take the form of giant snakes. They travel in darkness and shadow as if each dark corner is a gateway that leads elsewhere. They have an appetite for slow and creeping deaths, feeding off the escalating fear of the victim. If you think there might be a monster under your bed, it's probably a Silent Sha-vi.... Lore.
I used Silent Sha-Vi in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 3 speed, 5 health with the "Sneak" ability and it needs 5 mana to play.

No 04: UNDEAD BADGER (COMMON Death Monster)

The badgers of the Splinterlands are scary enough when they’re alive. A single badger is known to take out twenty to thirty chickens in a single night’s raid. There are no chickens in Mortis, so the Undead Badgers are especially irritable. - Source.
I've used UNDEAD BADGER in level 1 with 1 melee attack, 3 speed, 1 health with the "Sneak" ability and it needs 2 mana.

No 05: Furious Chicken (Rare Neutral Monster)

This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counterattack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.
My Furious Chicken is in level 1 with 1 speed, 1 health and It needs 0 mana to play.

For the special buff of my summoner, all my opponent monsters with more than 1 health, lost 1 health each and all opponent magic attackers with more than 1 magic attack should've lost 1 magic attack each but the opponent team didn't use any magic attacker. Then for the special buff of my opponent's summoner, 3 opponent monsters got +1 health each. Then for the special "Protect" ability of the opponent's Truthspeaker, all the opponent monsters got +2 shields each.

Then... for being the most speed holder, my Cursed Windeku started the battle with the first attack and destroyed 2 shields of the opponent's Shieldbearer with the starting shot, then my Silent Sha-Vi and then my Undead Badger one after another attacked and destroyed 3 more shields of the opponent's Shieldbearer although my Silent Sha-Vi and Undead Badger should've attacked the last monster of the opponent team for having the "Sneak" ability that that target the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster and that happened because the opponent's Shieldbearer had the "Taunt" ability and all enemy monsters target the opponent monster with the "Taunt" ability until it dies (if they're able to). Then the opponent's Shieldbearer attacked and killed 2 health of my Cursed Windeku and my Cursed Windeku then used the "Thorns" ability and destroyed the remaining shield of the opponent's Shieldbearer. Then the opponent's Herbalist attacked and killed 1 health of my Cursed Windeku. Then the opponent's Cave Slug attacked my Undead Badger but it was missed for unknown reasons. Then at the end of the current round, my Shadow Snitch attacked and killed 1 health of the opponent's Shieldbearer.

There came a new round where my Cursed Windeku first attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Shieldbearer. Then my Silent Sha-Vi and then my Undead Badger one after another attacked and killed 3 more health of the opponent's Shieldbearer. Then the opponent's Shieldbearer attacked and killed 2 health of my Cursed Windeku and my Cursed Windeku then used the "Thorns" ability and killed 2 health of the opponent's Shieldbearer out of 3. Then the opponent's Herbalist attacked and killed 1 health of my Cursed Windeku. Then the opponent's Cave Slug threw its melee attack towards my Undead Badger and didn't miss this time so my Undead Badger had to leave the battlefield. And then my Shadow Snitch attacked and killed the opponent's Shieldbearer for good and the opponent's Truthspeaker then came forward to the first position without any attacks.

There came a new round where my Cursed Windeku first attacked and destroyed the shields of the opponent's Truthspeaker. Then my Silent Sha-Vi attacked and destroyed the shields of the opponent's Herbalist. Then the opponent's Herbalist attacked my Cursed Windeku but it was missed for unknown reasons. Then my Shadow Snitch attacked and killed the opponent's Truthspeaker for good (the first 2 kills happened by my Shadow Snitch) and the opponent's Cave Slug then came forward to the first position and lost the extra shield that it got from the special "Protect" ability of the opponent's Truthspeaker. Then the opponent's Cave Slug attacked and killed 2 health of my Cursed Windeku and my Cursed Windeku then used the "Thorns" ability and killed 2 health of the opponent's Cave Slug out of 4. There came the final round where my Cursed Windeku didn't wait to kill the opponent's Cave Slug for good with one more shot and the opponent's only monster Herbalist then came forward to the first position and became unable to attack for being a ranged attacked at the first position which means victory is mine for sure. Then my Silent Sha-Vi threw its melee attack towards the opponent monster and the opponent team had to leave the battlefield.
The battle finished in round 4 while my team had all the monsters alive. All my monsters did great on the battlefield.
