Visiting the new island, Moiranda, the land of golden sands
Hello friends, I hope you're all doing well and that you're enjoying some of our favorite games like I am.
I'm continuing to play Dragon Quest Builders 2, where I've been making some progress building some houses for the inhabitants of my island. Additionally, it's time to explore a new island in search of new minerals to improve the characters' technology. The idea of exploring for minerals in a mine really appeals to me, so I'll find many new things there. This island is called Moiranda, Land of Golden Sands.
As you may notice, I still have a long way to go to build this new island. I only have a small portion planted with grass to beautify the place, but I'm showing you this so you can see the difference between before and now, since I plan to start building the house for the villagers.
Now I've started clearing the left side of the river to find a good space to create several rooms. In total, I was able to create 6 since all the human characters would be in separate rooms. Although I was missing 3 more characters: Gus the worm, my character's house, and Malroth's (I finally memorized the name of that character I previously called Marlor, haha).
I made the rooms a bit small, but I really have no idea how to distribute the little space I have in some places, especially with different types of rocks that I can't even destroy with my hammer. I suppose I can improve it later, but for now I made individual houses, one next to the other, to better distribute the spaces.
I even assigned owners to each of the spaces, added beds, a wooden bench, windows, a wardrobe, and a chair so they could sit down from time to time.

After creating that place for them, it was time to go to a new island. According to what some people have told me, it's an island full of very useful minerals, and wouldn't it be great to find some copper, iron, and gold minerals to create interesting things and make our island the best of all?
So we boarded the boat and headed to Moiranda, a desert island ideal for miners. I was honestly quite surprised by how even the climate had changed here. It was noticeably hot, and we found some truly interesting and amazing things.
When we landed, or rather, the dock on this island, I noticed many ruined buildings. But what caught my attention even more were some iron structures and the type of ruins and buildings found here. Unlike Aradia, this island is more technologically advanced.
It's incredible how the structures here are tunnels throughout this place. There are perfectly placed mountain pillars that truly give it a stunning appearance. There was also a small mining structure to the right of the dock and some abandoned workings. I suppose there's also the problem of Hargon's henchmen here.
I adjusted the angle a bit in camera mode to capture the desert-like mining landscape from above, and boy, did I even see the tracks of a bago. This new island will indeed be full of surprises.
When Malroth and I began advancing on this new island, we barely took a few steps when we fell into a hole. The problem here was getting out, since I could simply open a tunnel and make a ladder, but I couldn't destroy these blocks, so that was a problem at first.
Fortunately, a character appeared out of nowhere to help us. Let's see what kind of things we'll encounter in the next chapter of this game. I'm really excited to explore this whole new place.
