The growth of the farm and the new puppy
Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well and enjoying this weekend with some fun video games.
I haven't shared any video game content with the community in a while, but I've been very busy and this week I've had a little more time to make my posts.
Remembering that the video game I was sharing with you before I took a short break is called Dragon Quest Builders 2, in this post I will share some screenshots that I found very interesting, with some striking nighttime landscapes and moments in the story that I found very adorable, as I found a puppy that will be guiding me to find new types of seeds for the farm.
In the previous chapter of this video game, remember that I had faced a large group of enemies, whom the power of the great tree is beginning to attract in order to destroy them and leave everything in chaos, as the villains want. I even faced one of their leaders. After defeating them, the villagers who went into battle and my fighting companion gathered in the center to celebrate this great victory.
The next day, I had started to build some structures to make the farmers feel much happier, and I am looking for a way to automate their feeding, so many things have changed, but first I have to find someone who is capable of making food for all the farmers.
After nightfall, I wanted to take some screenshots during the night to highlight the nocturnal beauty of this farm.
When completing the main tasks of the game in order to advance the story, we all gathered at the center where the great tree stands, as the wizard who has been guiding us on this path to empower the farm and make it grow was a little concerned that the tree was attracting many enemies, so he is beginning to think that more guards are needed to protect the farm when we are not there.
But out of nowhere, a dark purple light appeared in the sky with strange particles, and all the farmers were very concerned about understanding what was happening. They were afraid that the farm would be destroyed again and that all their hard work would have been for nothing.
After a few seconds, small, strange fruits began to appear. According to some farmers, these fruits are the main reason why this island has lost its beauty.
I had to find a way to prevent those strange plants from appearing, because when they explode, they leave an area of rot on the ground, withering and damaging everything around them. I would say that the explosion area is 2 blocks x 2 blocks, so I don't want them to explode on the farm after all the work I've had to do to build everything.
So I came up with the idea of enclosing them in some blocks to suffocate them and prevent the explosions from damaging any crops. After doing so, all the evil plants exploded and the big dark cloud left the island, so for now everyone is safe.
While we were all celebrating this great victory in protecting the farm, a small, beautiful puppy approached us. I never thought I would find something like this in a video game, but this little furry friend came up to my character barking, as if warning us about something or wanting us to chase him.
Quickly, the characters understood what this beautiful puppy was trying to say, and Marlor and my character began to chase him through some tunnels and face some enemies we had already encountered before.
When we came out into the open, we noticed a new area we hadn't seen before. Everything was covered in spikes, mud, and puddles of water. There were also new plants, and it seems that I can find new plants to grow and cultivate.
In the next chapter, we'll see what happened next, why the dog was so distressed, and where it led us.
