Why you need to get out of your comfort zone
Getting out of your comfort zone can be scary. It's like going on a rollercoaster for the first time, except that it's not about whether or not you will get hurt. It's about whether or not you will be able to make it through the ride. Sometimes, we get so comfortable in our routines that we forget how much fun it is to try new things and how much better it makes us feel when we do. But sometimes, taking risks is just as important as doing things right.
We all know the feeling. You have been working really hard, but it's just not making any progress. You're not getting ahead at work, or you're staying in a dead-end relationship. It feels like there is no way out.
And then you think back on all your successes: when you finally got that promotion you wanted; when you went on vacation and had fun for the first time in years; when your daughter started showing signs of becoming more confident at school; when your boyfriend finally proposed after dating for years…and then it hits you: if YOU hadn't gotten out of your comfort zone, none of these things would have happened!
The people who achieve the greatest things in life are not necessarily the ones who are best at doing what it takes to get there. They are the ones who put themselves out there, who take risks, and who try new things. They are the ones who don't let fear hold them back from achieving their dreams.
If you want to be successful, you have to learn how to push past your comfort zone and take risks that might seem scary at first. You have to think outside of the box and maybe even break out of your own box if you want to succeed in life. That's why I'm going over why we should all get out of our comfort zones more often: so we can use our creativity and intelligence in ways that will help us grow as individuals and as a society
If you want to succeed at anything, you need to take chances and try new things. If you don't try new things, then how will you know what works and what doesn't? You won't be able to learn from your mistakes and even worse? You will miss out on the benefits of failure! We have all heard that success comes from failure, but what does that mean? Does it mean that failure is always good? No! The key is to learn from your mistakes and move forward with confidence, not fear!
The best thing about getting out of your comfort zone is that it forces you into situations where there are no clear answers or answers only understood by those who've been there before. The only way for you to get out of your comfort zone is to start doing things that are uncomfortable.
If you are afraid of heights, go skydiving. If you are nervous about speaking in public, take a job as a server at a restaurant or bar. You will be surprised by how much more confident and capable you feel when you do something that makes your heart pound and your stomach churn, even if it's just for one minute at a time.
It might not seem like there is much room for improvement when you're sitting on the couch watching TV and eating chips, but the truth is that there is always room for improvement. Even if it seems like nothing could possibly make things better, chances are good that there's something out there that can help with that problem or add some extra value to your life.
Conclusion
If you want to get ahead in life and make more money, you're going to have to start taking risks and as I said before, that can be scary. You might be afraid of failing, or maybe you don't know how to approach new projects without feeling like you're at risk of embarrassment or failure.
the truth is that if you want it bad enough, you will find a way through those fears. And once you've overcome them and gotten past the initial stage of trying new things out, the rewards are worth it: not only will your creativity soar with confidence, but also your income will go up as well!

This is so true. I am trying to go out from my comfort zone but it is really hard. I am kinda afraid of talking in front lots pf people. This is really bad because when you have a problem or you want a promotion you have to talk to a group of people and it is scary...

Going out of your comfort zone can be a daunting task, especially if you're trying to make a big leap and start doing something that scares you. It will probably help if you start practicing with a small number of people and slowly work your way up from there. You can start by talking with maybe 3 or 4 people, then take it up to 5 or 6 after a while. Slowly but steadily you will start getting more confident and comfortable with talking in front of lots of people. It's basically practice, it might be scary at first but a big problem becomes less scary when broken into small chunks.
Thanks for the luv 😊
Thank you for the suggestion it is nice one. The sad(strange) thing in my case is ... I can talk with people that I don't know no matter how many are them. BUT if I know them, I start to feel that they are "really looking" at me and that's scares me. It is like I really know that they listen me.. This is sooo crazy for me, I understand how strange and dumb it sounds but .. yeah still happens..

Most of us feel the same way too but we tend to ignore it. I think that happens because the people you know (and who knows you too) are in the best position to judge your character, and you suddenly become conscious when speaking with them, you get this feeling that they are seeing the real you, it's like they can read your thoughts and know the things you want to say or haven't said, but that is usually not the case, you're just the one thinking all that, it's all in your head.
I am no expert when it comes to this but ask yourself one question; what do you think about when someone is talking to you? What do you focus on?
This piece is so beautiful. Nothing good comes from our comfort zone. Step out or get stuck there forever.
Exactly. Pushing the limits beyond what you're capable of is how you get to higher grounds. Thanks for reading
You're right @kushyzee. Getting out to our comfort zone is scary and most of the times so challenging. But when we succeed of doing something out of our comfort zone it will be so satisfying.
It is very hard to take that first step out of our comfort zone but it gets easier with time and when we eventually succeed, it makes all the effort we have put in worth it. The harder the journey, the stronger we become, that's just how life works

Getting out of our comfort zone doesn't necessarily mean we should travel away from where we are, even though it happens that way if situation warrant it. But it really means that we should think outside the box, try some risks and do something new and we will never know what works for us if we do not try.
Comfort zone can mean different things for different people in different situations, a person can travel out and still being within their comfort zone 😁 but for someone who is too dependent on their parents, moving out can be a very good thing to help them grow
