My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2025
Today was not too bad of a day, lots of items around the house, cleaning working on selling some items, those sorts of things.
The morning stretches seem to be helping to loosen things up, but they still hurt. My back was popping on the push-ups!
I was able to get some lifting in, since i do not have much equipment at home, I took two fifteen pound dumbbells and did a set of curls and a set of overhead tricep extensions, both to failure, a lot less than what I would like to have, recovering sucks.
