My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2025

Got some moving done around the house while a kid and spouse get ready for a craft fair, they will have a booth so they will be selling. Moving tables gets you going.

So, moving things and loading up a car is so much fun.

I did get stretching and the sets of push-ups in. Other than that, it walking around campus going to meetings and talking with faculty and staff. Not to mention the students started a hackathon. It was great to see the energy in the room with it all.
