My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2025

Today was pretty busy. I did have to walk around campus a few times for meetings. Then I walked about a mile to get lunch, it was a nice day. The walk felt really good.

At the end of the work day went and played nineteen holes of disc golf with the disc golf club. It was rather windy and rained for about half the round.
