My Actifit Report Card: September 1 2025

Today was lower than I thought it was, but that is okay, still a good day.

Started out with eighteen holes of discgolf, shot a one over, it was good for a nice morning run, took me a little bit to get going though.

Then, came home did some housework, and some cleaning, then I was off to judge a barbecue competition.

Where i parked and where I judged was over half a mile one way, so I got some good walking in while walking around the festival. Walked by a tractor pull, mowing tractors, interesting times!
