My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2025

A busy day overall, but a good one. Mostly getting things done around the house. This included some dishes, laundry, not to mention cutting up and freezing around twenty five pounds of peaches. That was a lot of work!

I did get in some stretching and some push-ups in while working on getting my body to feel better. Throw in some walking around and you have that busy day.
