My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2025
Today was fun, we had a fair at the school that is club recruitment and those sorts of activities, it is always great to see that. Then my normal walking around campus and seeing people.
I was able to get a quick workout in as well. Barbell shoulder press, dumbbell bench press, and lateral shoulder raises for the first circuit, followed by, dumbbell rows, reverse flys, and medicine ball slams. Then some Russian twists and plank shoulder taps to finish it off.
