My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2025
Today was busy, even with asoreshoulder I still dis pretty good. Lots of walkingaround campus,and I even walked to a store to pick up some items, so about a mile there.
A good chunk of it came from the weightroom. Deadlifts, normal and Romanian, goblet squat, bird dogs, glute bridges. The warmup was some bodyweight squats and some time on a rowing machine. Finished up the workout with Russian twists and weighted situps.
Got home, got a bunch ofthings prepped for tomorrow, so I am good to go.
