My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2025
Today was busy around campus, I had an interview along with lots of walking, a few.faculry decided to drop on by. Always nice to see them!
Then as work ended I was able to get a chest and tricep workout in. This included, dumbbell incline bench, flys, overhead extensions, bench dips, and the Arnold press. Then the core which included plank shoulder taps, weighted situps and Russian twists. Overall, a good workout!
More stretching when i got home due to getting tight on the drive home.
