My Actifit Report Card: July 4 2025

Today was not too bad for activity, okay it was pretty good. Started out with doing some housework along with finishing up the pork shoulder and the brisket I had on the smoker all night. They turned out well.

Then I did a couple of loads of dishes along with some laundry and some picking up.

The bulk of the activity came from a round plus if disc, twenty holes in total and then working on putting with a friend.
