My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2025
The activity was not too bad, started off with a good chunk of waiting while the spouse went through a medical procedure, never a fun time, but necessary.
Then I got some things done around the house, which was good.
Lastly, I finally made it back to the weightroom. Started with deadlifts, I am almost back to where I was before I injured myself. Then, we had some barbell curls paired with push-ups. The next superset dumbbell bench and hammer curls, finishing up with single leg Romanian deadlifts and leg lifts. A good workout!
