My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2024

Today was abusy day back on campus, walking around a little bit, seeing the new construction going on. They are tearing up part of the parking lot, so that will be interesting.

Then I had an off site meeting, which was a good one and included more walking around.

Add in some stretching after the two hour car ride home and it rounds out the activity for the day.

Keep on trucking!
