Hola Hivers, esta semana escogí la carta legendaria de tipo tierra Iza The Fanged.

Hi Hivers, this week I chose the legendary earth type card, Iza The Fanged.

Sigo practicando más poses para variar y esta vez quería hacer una que representara lo ágil de la ilustración original, además de dar la sensación de que está en movimiento como cayendo desde la copa de un árbol en las alturas de un bosque.

I keep practicing more poses for a change and this time I wanted to make one that represented how agile the original illustration is, as well as giving the feeling that it is in motion as if falling from a treetop high up in a forest.

Mismo proceso de siempre usando el modelo 3d en clipstudio como base comencé a realizar el boceto tanto del personaje como el fondo, todo en escala de grises como suelo trabajar usualmente.

Ya con el boceto listo comencé de inmediato a pintar, detallando la ropa y otros elementos del personaje, además de su cabello y facciones, dándole una mirada amenazadora y al cabello desordenado producto del movimiento.

Same process as always, using the 3d model in clipstudio as a base I started to sketch both the character and the background, all in grayscale as I usually work.

Once the sketch was ready I started immediately to paint, detailing the clothes and other elements of the character, as well as his hair and features, giving him a threatening look and the messy hair product of the movement.

Todo esto tratando de equilibrar la pieza y la composición. Ya satisfecho con lo que tenía comencé el proceso de coloreado, usando los mapas de degradados y capas en modo luz suave y color para darle esos tonos vibrantes, y como detalle final agregue pequeñas partículas y luces en el fondo además de corregir los tonos y una capa de ruido.

All this trying to balance the piece and the composition. Already satisfied with what I had I started the coloring process, using the gradient maps and layers in soft light and color mode to give him those vibrant tones, and as a final detail I added small particles and lights in the background besides correcting the tones and a noise layer.
