How cool would it be to make game interoperability possible.FF 15 yrs, it is now possible with Wombat, but the concept was born for years, the vision was there.
  • Blockchain allows interconnection, not just for finance, games but also for the social side
  • Joab: It all began as a hobby and life took him to marketing and design - NFTs & DeFi offered a huge opportunity to put the skills to use. Put together a team and plan, Tezos offered a chance to launch in 2021, the Tezos community was hungry for a game so it became a proof of concept and now the #1 gaming dapp there.
  • First time founder - what is worth to invest in, find time, learn lots
  • Khal: Social media is highly competitive, but web3 solves a lot of the issues of web2
  • Web2 is about control and money, following agendas, they are an information monopoly - they use user generated content to influence society, they have control over what people hear and read - banning and censorship pollutes web2.
  • Web3 has immutability and is censorship proof - and offers the tokenization aspect
  • Web2 got rich with UGC, web3 can take that model to make the people who create the UGC rich
  • Give power back to people, the distribution of wealth concept

I love web3 and the endless opportunities it gives. I barely scratched the surface of it and I am already amazed. I used to spend hours playing games on fb and dreaming I could earn money instead of spending it. Now it is all possible and that’s just the beginning 💙
