My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2022

It has been a long and busy day today. I have been busy with chores at home and that has added to my activity for the day.

I went for a walk in the evening and had to complete house chores after dinner and it has made a huge difference in the count.

Now I’m going to call it a day sit back and catch up on some shows online.
