What just happened to my grain factory?

Updates in land 1.75 in Splinterlands are moving fast all of a sudden and I have no idea to keep up with them. Just leave the land to grow and bubble for a couple of days, and when harvesting...boom all of a sudden there is movement and things have changed. I'm really not good in keeping up here.

When I just opened up my land to claim my grain, all of a sudden I got this pop up that my grain factory had turned into an Ore factory. When I turned this off for a second to see what all of the options on what to grow were there, then I wasn't able to turn my Ore factory back on anymore. And collecting grain all of a sudden isn't possible anymore.

Nice...all of this changed overnight and I had no idea that it was going on and now I have passed my chances to get into the ore as well.





Let's have a look in whats going on. Previously all of these update posts were always trending, and you would just run into your info, but now you have to actively search for it.

Stone, Ore, wood

Looking at the @splinterlands account I found this post which explained a bit more of what was going on. That post made me click into this post which finally made me lead to this post about land 1.75 where I was able to see that my next claim fo claim would change my building site.

And now I crapped over my Ore factory which I need to expand my broad spectrum harvesting plot since I am not able to go back to Ore anymore?

Every 1 base Production Point spent per hour toward production will consume
- 0.005 Wood
- 0.002 Stone
- 0.0005 Iron
If you have a 5,000 Production Point Research plot, you'll need an equal amount of Wood, Stone, and Iron production to match it (along with enough Grain) to be fully self-sufficient.

So I guess this means I need to have a bit of everything to get stuff moving?

And since I am just a small 1 plot owner this will be all market wise to buy to get all of it to work?

Now I was never really the SPS harvester, but I was just harvesting grain to get a bit of additional DEC for this. I guess my only option to do for now is to see if I can become the Ore master, since there is no grain option anymore

This will surely need some balancing and finetuning over time. Luckily I have found that my License node validator is producing SPS by now that I can use to buy stuff. Because as a one plot owner, I don't see the option for me to be a sustainable land harvester. This needs more digging, and I really don't like switching back and forth between all of the different huts to change my mining strategy. I just don't look at it enough to do that.
