[ENG/ESP] Cosmic Creations Edition #9 - Create a book cover: The Call Of Cthulhu

Hello dear friends of HIVE, I hope you are well. I'm glad to participate again in Cosmic Creations, this time the theme is about a book cover. For this theme I made a design for the cover of one of the most representative books of cosmic horror by H.P. Lovecraft entitled The Call of Cthulhu, this novel is about a dark cult older than humanity and the Earth that revolves around an ancestral creature and another world, the Great Cthulhu. Its members hope that the stars are aligned for the Great Cthulhu to return from the depths of the ocean and reclaim his reign over the universe.

This design was made in Photoshop and I used several images to make the montage. First add a cloudy, stormy sky with an image of the ocean.

Hola estimados amigos de HIVE, espero se encuentren bien. Me alegra participar nuevamente en Cosmic Creations en esta oportunidad el tema es sobre la portada de un libre. Para este tema realice un diseño para la portada de uno de los libros mas representativos del horror cósmico de H.P. Lovecraft titulado La Llamada de Cthulhu, esta novela trata sobre un culto oscuro más antiguo que la humanidad y que la Tierra que gira entorno a una criatura ancestral y otro mundo, el Gran Cthulhu. Sus integrantes esperan que las estrellas estén alineadas para que el Gran Cthulhu regrese desde las profundidades del océano y reclame su reino sobre el universo.

Este diseño lo realicen en Photoshop use diversas imagenes para realizar el montaje. Primero agregue un cielo nublado y tormentoso con una imagen del oceano.

Then I added an image of an octopus, enlarged it and proceeded to remove the background and merge the 3 images.

Luego agregue una imagen de un pulpo, la agrande y procedí a retirarle el fondo y a fusionar las 3 imágenes.

In the next step I added a man in a boat and added the wings to Cthulhu and added some shadows.

En el siguiente paso agregue un hombre en un bote y le agregue las alas a Cthulhu y agregue unas sombras.

Finally add the title and the author's name.

Por ultimo agregue el titulo y el nombre del autor.
