Hello Splinter family! The debut of the Arcane Conclave edition has gifted the world of Splinterlands with a free season of the WILD format. This news surprised most players, shaking up the week with the new features that come out all the time.
THE WILD FORMAT
I like to treat the WILD format as a no man's land, you can use practically everything that has been released in Splinterlands: ALPHA, BETA, UNTAMED, CHAOS LEGION SET, REBELLION and ARCANE CONCLAVE. My only question is about using the set acquired with BRAWL, the GLADIATOR set.
To have free access to this format, you must pay a fee of 2000 DEC per season. Its battle system is similar to the modern format. There are different league categories: WOOD, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, DIAMOND, and CHAMPION. Your progress through the leagues will guarantee you some chests. The higher the league, the better the prizes you will get.
Personally, I think the WILD format is spectacular. It is a way of reminding all players that the older editions are not forgotten, there is a place dedicated to them. You might ask me: do you like playing in WILD? My answer is no, because I don't have any cards to compete in this format. I tried to play a match and I don't want to be humiliated again. This format is dedicated to the first generations of the Splinter family. I started playing during the REBELLION era. My deck is very basic. Renting to compete in WILD is not an option. There is still the cost of 2000 DEC, don't think it is viable. My format is MODERN.
I don't know if this is true, but players often say that the prizes in the MODERN format are better than those in the WILD format. Whether this is true or not, I don't know, what I do know is that this format is dedicated to elders and potential challengers. Even though I say I don't know, it's clear that the Earn/win in MODERN is 81, while the Earn/win in WILD is 50, a difference of 31 Glint per game, over the course of the season, it's an absurd difference.
THE MODERN FORMAT
The bloodlines are revolutionizing the New MODERN, the adaptation is complicated, finding a synergy capable of overcoming opponents is a daily challenge. Finding cards that replace powerful supports like the MERDAALI GUARDIAN is becoming a problem.
These difficulties are part of the new, the real problem is the price of the cards that are on the market, the normal rare archons cost almost 2 dollars, leveling up a certain level generates an absurdly high cost, most of the fights are between teams with level 1. There are few cards in circulation at the moment, this high cost was expected, I believe that we will have stability in these values with the opening of the STARTER PACKS.
The rewards for battles have increased at the beginning of this season. I believe that many players are migrating to the WILD format this season.

Para ter acesso gratuito a este formato, você precisa pagar uma taxa de 2000 DEC por temporada. O sistema de batalha é semelhante ao do formato moderno. Existem diferentes categorias de liga: MADEIRA, BRONZE, PRATA, OURO, DIAMANTE e CAMPEÃO. Seu progresso nas ligas garantirá alguns baús. Quanto mais alta a liga, melhores serão os prêmios que você receberá.
