Hello Splinterlands family, the battle rules define your choices before starting the battles. Among the rules, there are some combinations that are absurdly complex to follow, especially for beginner players, you end up playing only what is possible at the time. I believe that every player has experienced this, lack of options.

After you reach the GOLD LEAGUE, the combination of 3 battle rules often makes you go through this type of problem. The particularity of the battles eliminates your right to choose, forcing you to use only what you have at the time. Another relevant detail is the mana cost, the game likes to play with our skills, the mana cost of 12 is frequent in battles, you usually lose 4 mana with the summoners and only have 8 mana left to comply with the aforementioned rules, something tense, but fortunately, it is a problem for both players.

Some individual rules are terrible for beginners:

SHADES OF GRAY - Use only neutral creatures - something tense at the beginning of the game, you hardly have any effective options that you can actually use, it's that combat where you only choose what you have and hope that your opponent is in a worse situation.

MIGHT MAKES RIGHT - you can only summon units with 3 or more ranged, magic or melee power - Creatures rarely have power 3 or higher at level 1, if you stop to analyze, most creatures don't have an attack 3 or higher at level most. In short, you end up with the minimum number of cards that can be summoned. Personally, I consider it the worst battle rule there is.

These rules individually are too restrictive, imagine situations where there are two or three more rules combined, games with unique particularities, a real challenge for most players. Some matches stay with us in our memories, i've even started a fight with more than 50 mana and used only 14 points, with no options to play. It's something that makes me very angry at the time, because you know you need to evolve to make up for these deficiencies.

As mentioned above, the only way to solve these problems is to acquire as many cards as possible that are at the top of the best of each element. Raising your level is another necessary step, but don't worry too much, even if you can't level up, there is the option to rent them.

Outro detalhe relevante é o custo de mana, o jogo gosta de brincar com nossas habilidades, o custo de mana de 12 é frequente nas batalhas, você costuma perder 4 mana com os invocadores e só tem 8 mana sobrando para cumprir as regras citadas, algo tenso, mas felizmente, é um problema para ambos os jogadores.

Como mencionado acima, a única maneira de resolver esses problemas é adquirir o máximo de cartas possíveis que estejam no topo do melhor de cada elemento. Aumentar seu nível é outro passo necessário, mas não se preocupe muito, mesmo que não consiga subir de nível, há a opção de alugá-las.
