Change is something that occurs constantly, it is related to time and space; we live in a reality of constant transformation. The now is relative; change is part of existence. The essence of life and the existence of the universe, is tied to the constant changes that occur through planned or unexpected means.

When we simplify the concept of change and reframe it to individuals within the global system, the impact is associated with specific individuals or a specific group within society. There is a popular saying that one swallow does not make a summer. It emphasizes that a greater number of individuals are capable of making their voices and demands heard by more people, the impact would be greater and, with it, the likelihood of success in changing something.

The history of humanity has proven that a single person is capable of promoting change in the world. Martin Luther King Jr. was a leader who left his mark on history. He fought for racial equality among Americans, his name is a symbol of struggle and power; Marie Curie was the first woman to receive two awards in different scientific fields, if I'm not mistaken, in chemistry and physics. These names made history and brought about changes in society. There are many others, proving that a single person is capable of leaving their mark on world history and causing significant change.

Numbers make a difference in most situations, but commitment to a cause is crucial to staying focused. People like having someone to follow, a symbol or an example; many believe this is the key to staying focused. Such situations foster the creation of groups, something with both positive and negative connotations. Fighting for a cause is not always a sign of improvement for humanity. A group has power; its word is always taken into account, social media increases this power exponentially.

New things will always exist. Humans generally prefer static lives, but change is inevitable. Changes in humanity occur through specific individuals or through the influence of a group. There are positive and negative changes; how you deal with them reflects your future.
