I have used Tarantula Loom for Level 2 Soulkeep

On the second level of Soulkeep, I decided to try something a little different. I asked myself, "Why not use just one tower on the entire map and see if it can withstand the Fiends' attacks?" I chose the Tarantula Loom, which honestly turned out to be an excellent choice.

This tower has amazing capabilities. The first thing that caught my eye was its attack, as it attacks an entire area as it has Area Attack rather than just singular target. This gives me a huge advantage, especially when the attack comes from more than one direction.

The tower has only three uses, so I tried to carefully choose its locations on the map. I placed it in sensitive spots, and the result was clear: every time the Fiends approached, they were surprised by a powerful explosion in the area around the tower, due to its Blast Range, which reaches 95.

As for the damage it deals? It ranges from 60 to 75 points of physical damage, which is a very respectable number, especially when it's against groups. It also freezes the enemy in place. Immobilization Duration: 0.3 to 0.51 seconds, and this small moment can change the outcome of a battle.

What made me respect the tower even more was that it attacks every 3 seconds neither too slow nor too fast. It's a great balance that makes you feel in control of the battle.

My experience with it made me think about relying on a specific type of tower and distributing it intelligently instead of using multiple types without focus. Indeed, when I deployed more than one Tarantula Loom in different locations on the map, I felt truly powerful and was able to repel attacks more comfortably.
