tell every single witness in that discord, they did an absolute piss poor job of informing the community what is going on. zero communication. thankfully, I got some info from you. but they need to have things out there when stuff goes south. a dedicated PR person or something.

i appreciate that i know i can go to you. i'm just super concerned that there was issues all weekend, and not a single peep from anyone 'official' in the discord. and i know those guys have the social skills of a toad but still lol
just a simple 'we see an error, we are working on it' would have gone a long way.
