What Are Your Top-Three Taunt Ability Splinterlands Card?

There aren't a lot of Taunt ability cards in the game, we at least have a card with Taunt ability in all the elements. Being a fan of Taunt cards, in this video, I explored the cards we have, their abilities, and which I think are the top deadliest.

All monsters target a Taunt ability card if they can.

MAGNOR has always been a favorite, at level 3 this guy is unstoppable. I am yet to come up against level 4, I can only imagine how deadly he would be. Can you get past a level 4 MAGNOR?

Slow at speed but has some abilities that can be useful on the battlefield, WAVE BROOD gets a lot better from level 4 to max level. It is one of my most used cards in the Reverse ruleset when using the Water element.

From experience coming up against THE KRAKEN can be a pain to deal with especially from level 2. Try getting rid of it sooner otherwise you are going to be in for it...
It is a beast with Enrage ability at level 3 and able to retaliate from level 4. Am I the only one that thinks it looks like a truck that should be avoided?

MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN is a magic attacking card, the annoying part of this card is from level 4 where it gains Forcefield an ability that makes it take 1 damage from +5 attacks. At level 8 it gains slow ability, being able to slow down your opponent can be an advantage.

It will be fair to say SHIELDBEARER is the most used Taunt card in the game, especially from lower leagues. It is a card I use often as well, there's just that strategies in Life element that makes SHIELDBEARER useable in several battle rulesets. From level 5, you will have to do better than Melee and Range attacks to get rid of SHIELDBEARER.

I have come up against DARK HA'ON a few times and I must say it is not easy to get rid of it. The Flight ability of this card can piss you off! It becomes a nuisance at level 2 with Scavenger ability. Void and Magic Reflect of DARK HA'ON makes it a top Taunt card in the game.

NIGHT GHOUL is a new Taunt card for Riftwatchers edition, the only Common Taunt card in the game but doesn't look like one to get rid of easily, especially from level 6 with Forcefield ability.

AGOR LONGTAIL inspired me to create this video content, we are looking at a beast simply put. A level 1 LONGTAIL is enough to inflict pain on your opponent but might want to increase the level of pain by having AGOR LONGTAIL upgraded. The Void Armor ability helps against all three forms of attacks.

COEURL LURKER is no joke, I am beginning to enjoy using it, weak to magic attacking at level 1 but from level 2 with Phase ability, you might be dealing with a nuisance. Thorns at level 4 make this beast up there in the top Taunt card rankings.
