Metanoia Man

In all its volcanic drama, Metanoia Man just might be a self-portrait of us all. The word "metanoia" comes from the Greek, meaning to change one's mind, to repent. When we are not very self-disciplined in our minds, our own internal thoughts can too often become highly volatile and even toxic. Gratefully Jesus shows the way--and is the way--to change our minds... for the better.
