My Actifit Report Card: June 16 2024 : I Am Alive Challenge : We celebrate the lovely Fathers in the world 🌎

Happy Fathers' Day to all the amicable men I know.

Welcome friends to my actifit report for Sunday 16th June,2024.

Is the day I enjoy maximum rest, yes on this day no matter what.

I don't do any strenuous activity.

I did some house chores, sweeping and cooking before preparing for church.

I almost did not attend because of the dress I wanted to wear to church, the zip got bad when I was about to leave the house.

Well, I was glad it didn't happen outside.

I only had to replan and prepare another dress to wear.

Still found something quickly after ironing it, I wore it and made the big smile selfie before leaving the house

Church was great, I enjoyed the sermon.

Though I left after the sermon, I wasn't feeling too good

I came back to relax and rest up.

I am grateful for the blessed day🙌
