Unbelievable Feats: REGAL PERYTON Evades 12 Enemy Attacks in Epic Battle! Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!
Good day, everyone.
- Welcome to another exciting episode of my Splinterlands game series! In this epic battle, I faced off against my opponent's formidable fire monsters with my dependable earth monsters. The stakes were high, the strategies were intense, and the outcome was unknown until the very last second. Join me as I recount the thrilling moments of this tense battle in the virtual world of Splinterlands. This battle had it all, from calculated moves to unexpected surprises, and I can't wait to share the thrilling details with you. So brace yourself for some intense monster action, and prepare to enter the captivating world of Splinterlands, where earth and fire collide!
I had a strong suspicion that my opponent would use a team of Life Source monsters in our upcoming battle based on a careful analysis of their performance in their previous five matches. Splinterlands Life Source monsters are known for their ranged attack abilities, which can be devastating if left unchecked. To counter this potential threat, I formulated a strategic plan. I decided to position a shield ability monster in the first slot of my team, as I believed it would provide me with a significant advantage.
After careful consideration, I chose Mycelic Infantry, a rare earth unit monster known for its formidable Shield ability. This ability would significantly reduce the damage inflicted by both melee and ranged attacks, giving me a significant advantage against my opponent's Life Source monsters.
Undoubtedly, the shield ability of the Mycelic Infantry, makes it advantageous. This unique capability allows it to effectively reduce damage from both melee and ranged attacks by hostile monsters. For instance, when faced with an attacker wielding 2 units of melee or ranged power, its shield ability enables it to mitigate the damage to a single health point, effectively minimizing the impact of the attack. This invaluable attribute provides Mycelic Infantry with added resilience and durability on the battlefield, making it a formidable asset in combat scenarios.
The Mycelic Infantry has a significant advantage in the form of devastating damage output. This fearsome creature, with a staggering 3 melee damage power, is capable of dispatching even the most formidable enemy monsters with just one or two well-placed strikes. Its raw power is truly amazing, and it is a monster to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
However the Mycelic Infantry does have one notable weakness. Its lack of speed proves to be a hindrance in battle, as it possesses a mere 1-speed rating. As a result, a significant portion - up to 60% - of its attacks miss their intended target. This flaw leaves the monster vulnerable to counterattacks and decreases its overall effectiveness in battle.
- Using Regal Peryton has become a habitual practice for me whenever I play as the Earth Summoner in battles. Without fail, Regal Peryton is always a crucial member of my team. For this battle, I was certain that I will include it in my lineup, as its flying ability is an invaluable asset. With Regal Peryton's remarkable flying ability, my team gains a significant advantage in battles. This unique skill allows it to swiftly dodge incoming attacks from enemy monsters, particularly those that lack flying abilities or possess lower speed attributes. it's aerial agility and nimbleness grant my team increased survivability and strategic flexibility, as it can effectively evade attacks that would otherwise pose a threat to other team members.
One of Regal Peryton's most formidable strengths is its exceptional magic attack power, which makes it an unparalleled asset on the battlefield. The sheer potency of its magical abilities is a true blessing, as it eliminates the need to worry about missing hits or ineffective attacks. Unlike melee or ranged attacks that may be hindered by armor or other defensive measures, Regal Peryton's magical attacks always hit their health, bypassing any defenses with unerring accuracy.
According to the Sprinterlands rule, which is widely accepted in the realm of mythical creatures, the faster the beast, the more likely it is to launch its offensive ahead of its opponents. Due to its unparalleled agility and swift movements on the battlefield, the majestic Regal Peryton, whose remarkable speed is 5, typically enjoys the advantage of taking the initial strike in the majority of encounters.
- After careful consideration, I decided to enlist the help of another formidable Earth unit monster, the esteemed Goblin Psychic, for the third position. My choice was based on a calculated assumption that my opponent would most likely use life-source monsters in their lineup, particularly the fearsome Shieldbearer renowned for its prodigious health and formidable armor. To counter this formidable foe, I sought to use the one-of-a-kind monster Goblin Psychic, which has two magical attack powers and gains an additional one magic power when combined with the earth summoner Obsidian, for a total of three health damage. That's why I use this monster.
Goblin Psychic, a skilled and necessary team member, consistently contributes to their victories with its invaluable healing ability. Goblin Psychic's role as the team's designated healer is critical in ensuring the well-being and longevity of the team's friendly monsters. When the first-position monster loses health, its healing ability restores 2 health points immediately, revitalizing and rejuvenating the creature. Goblin Psychic's healing ability should not be underestimated, as it gives him a significant advantage in battle. His keen understanding of team dynamics, combined with the strategic placement of his healing ability on the frontline monster, enables the team to maintain a strong and resilient presence in the face of adversaries. The timely restoration of health to the friendly monster in the first place can turn the tide of battle, allowing the team to endure and triumph over formidable opponents.
Despite its many advantages, this formidable monster has some drawbacks that must not be overlooked. The most obvious is its vulnerability due to its poor health. With only 3 health points, it is inherently weak and vulnerable to quick defeat by enemy monsters, who can kill it in one or two hits. The monster's frailty puts it at a significant disadvantage in battle, as its lack of resilience can lead to its early demise and incapacity.
->I share with you all the thrilling details of an epic battle between monsters, a contest that was nothing short of spectacular, with great excitement and anticipation. Regal Peryton was at the heart of this battle, and his performance was nothing short of breathtaking. As the battle progressed, Regal Peryton continued to impress, unleashing a barrage of attacks that left its opponents reeling. Its piercing horns and sharp talons were lethal, causing significant damage to enemy monsters and turning the tide of battle in its favor.
-> In the Splinterlands, each battle is governed by a randomly assigned Ruleset, and for the current battle, the Ruleset in effect was Standard. The mana limitation for this particular battle was set at 25, which meant that players were only able to select monsters whose total mana cost did not exceed 25. With this limitation in place, I had to strategically select my monsters with care, ensuring that they stayed within the allowed mana limit.

- As the battle began, I quickly realized that I had made a critical error in judgment. I had expected my opponent to send out Life Source monsters, but to my surprise, they sent out Fire Source monsters. This revelation took me completely by surprise, and I couldn't help but feel a wave of unease wash over me. I was well aware that the monsters I had chosen were not particularly well-suited for direct combat with Fire Source creatures. This put me in a precarious position, as I had to adjust my strategy on the fly to deal with this unexpected turn of events. The situation was complicated further by the fact that my opponent appeared to have a clear advantage in terms of the monsters they had brought to the battlefield.
One of the key strategies at the start of a battle is to gain an advantage by obtaining additional statistics or attributes from the summoner. Summoners, who control the monsters, have access to a variety of unique abilities that can provide these extra stats to their friendly monsters. It is important to note that summoners come from a variety of sources and origins, so their abilities and effects on monsters can vary greatly. Some summoners may be able to boost a monster's attack power or defense, while others may be able to increase a monster's speed or agility.
During this battle, I faced off against a skilled opponent, #VAD0343. He utilized a rare and powerful fire summoner, known as Tarsa, which has the unique ability to enhance the melee attack power and health of their friendly monsters. As the battle progressed, the impact of this ability became clear, with my opponent deploying a total of 5 melee attack power monsters on the battlefield. Because of Tarsa's influence, all of these monsters gained an additional +1 in melee attack power, making them even more formidable and difficult to defeat. It was clear that my opponent had carefully selected their summoner and monsters to gain the upper hand in battle, and their strategy was paying off.
At the start of the war, a significant obstacle presented itself to me. My team suffered a major setback during the first round when two of our most important monsters, Khmer Princess and Goblin Psychic, were brutally slain by the opposing team's monsters. This occurrence had a significant impact on the overall strength and battle strategy of our team.
In battle, the order of attack is usually determined by the speed of the monsters involved, with the fastest monsters striking first. Unfortunately for me, the opposing team had a significant advantage in this regard, as their monsters were faster than mine. This disadvantage was highlighted when the opposing team's opportunity ability monster, the Serpentine Spy, launched a single lethal attack that successfully dispatched my team's lowest health monster, the Khmer Princess.
To make matters worse, the opposing team's two sneak ability monsters cleverly maneuvered themselves to the back of the row, allowing them to attack my last position monster, the Goblin Psychic, without warning. The opposing team's monsters' swift and lethal strikes instantly killed my remaining monster, dealing a massive blow to my team's morale and overall battle prospects.
I was feeling incredibly anxious and tense as the battle was about to begin. Unfortunately, my team was off to a rough start - the opposing monsters were able to quickly take down two of our strongest creatures, leaving only two remaining on our side. As I surveyed the situation, I couldn't help but feel a sense of hopelessness wash over me. The opposition's attack power was significantly greater than our own, with the ability to deal a total of 12 health damage in a single round compared to our team's maximum of 5 health damage.
This realization left me feeling extremely disappointed and discouraged. Despite our best efforts, it seemed that victory was out of reach for us. The monsters on the opposing team were launching relentless attacks, and I was certain that we were destined to lose this battle. I jumped ahead to the end result without hesitation. However, when the outcome appeared on the screen, I was completely taken aback. The surprise of the outcome was overwhelming and unexpected, leaving me stunned and speechless.
Astonishment gripped me as I watched the outcome of the battle. I was completely surprised to see that I had won. I couldn't believe what I was seeing at first, and it took a while for the realization of my victory to sink in. I clicked the reply button and replayed the match to ensure that the result was correct. My disbelief grew as I watched the replay, and I was amazed at my victory. Despite my victory, I couldn't help but admire my opponent, Robin's, effort and skill. Their performance during the game was truly remarkable, as they managed to dodge the opposing team's attacks one after the other. Regal Peryton's ability to evade and maneuver around their opponents was impressive, and I was very impressed with their performance.
During rounds two, three, and four, Regal Peryton was faced with a total of nine attacks from its opponents. Despite the high number of attacks, Regal Peryton was able to successfully dodge seven of them. However, even with the dodging skills, Regal Peryton was not completely out of danger. Two attacks managed to land on Regal Peryton during these rounds, both causing damage to his health. The first attack was by an opponent named Uraeus during round three, which caused two health damage to it. The second attack was by Tenyll Striker during round four, which resulted in losing three health points. Despite successfully dodging seven out of nine attacks, Regal Peryton was still vulnerable to the attacks that landed and had to endure the consequences of the damage they caused.
As the battle progressed, the situation began to worsen for the player's Regal Peryton. After the fourth round, the Regal Peryton was left with only one health remaining, and to make matters worse, three enemy monsters were relentlessly attacking it. The player knew that one hit from any of these monsters would be enough to end the game.
However, in the midst of this dire situation, the player's Mycelic Infantry proved to be the key to turning the tide of the battle. This unit was able to deliver a vital blow to one of the enemy monsters, a Living Lava, despite its shield ability. With a powerful melee attack that dealt three damage, the Mycelic Infantry was able to take down this monster just in time.
With the Living Lava defeated, the next enemy monster in line was the Serpentine Spy. This monster took the first position in the enemy's lineup, meaning that it could no longer directly target Regal Peryton. This was a relief for me, as it removed one major threat to Regal Peryton's survival. In the following round, Regal Peryton struck back, managing to defeat the Serpentine Spy. However, the victory was short-lived, as another enemy monster quickly took the first position. With only one threat left, I knew that the situation was still precarious. If this last enemy monster managed to land a hit on the Regal Peryton, the battle would be lost. The battle was now in a race against time, trying to defeat the remaining enemy monster before it could take down their Regal Peryton.
Regal Peryton's remarkable skills in battle had allowed me to gain a gradual advantage over my opponent. However, as the seventh round began, the tension that had been building up inside me was once again becoming overwhelming. Unfortunately, during this round, the opposing team's monster, Tenyll Striker, had delivered a fatal blow to my team's monster, Mycelic Infantry, resulting in its defeat. This unfortunate event had now made the game a one-on-one match between Tenyll Striker and Regal Peryton.
Tenyll Striker, the monster from the opposing team, was still in the game with three melee attack power and a health score of five. Meanwhile, Regal Peryton, the only surviving monster from my team, only had two magic attack power left and just one point of health. The odds were now stacked against me, and the outcome of the battle was uncertain.
Despite the odds being stacked against us, Regal Peryton emerged victorious in the battle. Tenyll Striker, the opposing team's monster, had attempted to strike Regal Peryton twice in the subsequent rounds but had failed both times. Regal Peryton, on the other hand, had been able to hit its target every time without missing a single shot.
Finally, the last monster from the opposing team was defeated in the tenth round, leaving Regal Peryton as the sole survivor on the battlefield. Regal Peryton stood tall as the victorious champion, filled with pride and accomplishment. Its incredible skill and unwavering determination helped our team overcome the odds and win.
