I think a single copy of the water legendary card is quite nice to get. Also A'lan is quite nice if you got level 3 summoners and max out the card. I think it ranks amongst the highest with 4 damage per turn.

Ran out of my budget, both of these are in my radar, specially Alan as it is neutral card.
